Wanted a base for wife and little one whilst away for a few days of competitions and we opted for this one. Booking process and communication with owners was seamless and prompt. Closer to the date I checked pick up time and was able to pick up but earlier. Hand over was smooth yet thorough- Shaun showed me all the aspects from using the canopy / changing the waste / lighting up the gas etc. The camper was spotless and there is nothing extras needed. Milk bread and basics was even added as standard. I was able with agreement to leave my car. Return process and drop off same as above - seamless. The van drives very easy and has great visibility and the reverse camera is a bonus. All around 5 star experience we will use again in next adventure.
