bellissima esperienza. Era la nostra prima volta in van, nina e i suoi collaboratori sono stati gentilissimi nello spiegarci tutto il funzionamento. Consegna e restituzione del veicolo rapide. Il furgone purtroppo aveva alcuni problemi nonostante fosse stato camperizzato da poco, ma nina ci ha fornito supporto per tutto il viaggio per aiutarci a gestirli al meglio. L’acqua calda durava davvero poco per cui uno dei due finiva per farsi la doccia fredda, il frigo era inutilizzabile perché emanava davvero un cattivo odore nonostante fosse pulito. Nel complesso è un’esperienza che rifarei, probabilmente prenotando il camper direttamente con loro (camp life tenerife) piuttosto che su yescapa, perché con il sito abbiamo avuto invece una pessima esperienza (prenotazione di un altro camper cancellata dal proprietario a 2 giorni dalla partenza, nessuna alternativa proposta dal sito, abbiamo dovuto trovarci noi una soluzione e per fortuna ci è andata bene)

Arrangement douteux à la fin pour une rayure , 400e déduis de la caution, pas dingue comme approche.. surtout après avoir rendu un van plus que parfait et après avoir réparé des problèmes d’évacuations qui fuyaient.. enfin bon pas terrible le retour humain. Business is business
Nina es una persona encantadora, fue un placer tratar con ella durante todo el proceso de reserva, entrega y devolución. Están súper atentos para solucionarte cualquier incidencia y darte recomendaciones útiles. Sin duda repetiré con Nina en mis próximos viajes a Tenerife o allá donde tengan furgonetas :)
