Ponto negativos nesta experiência: tinha um cheiro a esgoto intenso vindo das canalizações logo no início da utilização e até mesmo depois de se remover as águas negras e cassete química, o frigorífico não funciou e tinha duas janelas em péssimo estado, uma partida e outra com a borracha da moldura descolada segura por um ramo. Ponto positivo: Rápida disponibilidade do proprietário em tentar responder às dificuldades sentidas
