Alberto is a really nice guy. The contact was very good. The camper included all the items that were also listed. However, the motorhome was not really clean, so we had to do a lot of cleaning ourselves before we could hit the road. After that, we did really enjoy our holiday. It was our first motorhome experience and now have a good idea of what we expect and don't expect from a motorhome holiday.
