An extraordinary experience. First of all, the van was in immaculate condition. The little details that help you throughout your holiday — oil, salt, soaps, various towels, 4 pillows, clean fresh linen, night lamps, ropes, pétanque!!! flashlights — these small touches add 100% to your comfort away from home. But above all, and most importantly, behind all of this is Ingrid. A huge heart and the sweetest woman, and we truly hope our paths cross again. She went out of her way to shower us with kindness and was incredibly helpful with the rental, even showing us around her wonderful small town. We won the lottery by renting from her. We’ve rented in other countries, from big companies, and there is absolutely no comparison to her warm, personal touch. Without a doubt, I will recommend her to everyone coming to Klagenfurt — I already have!!! Thank you, truly. We will rent from you again in a heartbeat.
