Die Vermietung war sehr einfach & stressfrei. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut. Es gab eine WhatsApp Gruppe, inder jedes Anliegen sofort geklärt wurde. Die Vanscape Teammitglieder sind sehr freundlich & geben einem schöne Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten oder Ähnlichem. Auf unserer Reise ging der Scheibenwischer nicht mehr & das Problem wurde sofort behoben. In dieser kurzen Zwischenzeit (2 Stunden), inder das Auto in der Werkstatt war, haben wir ein gutes anderes Auto bekommen. (Fiat 500) Keine weiteren oder versteckten Kosten. Wir hatten den Transfer mit dazu gebucht & wurden entspannt vom Flughafen abgeholt. Der Checkout wurde auch am Flughafen innerhalb von 5 min. durchgeführt & es wurden keine Kleinigkeiten angemeckert. Auf Madeira gibt es wunderschöne Parkplätze direkt am Meer. Wir waren fast immer ungestört und hatte sehr gutes Wetter. (Reisezeit:März)
The car is really comfortable, new and have everything you need for camping. Our experience was really nice, the vanscape team was super polite, nice and helpful sending us the best tips to enjoy your days in Madera. I would definitely recommend!
