Ana was very kind and helpful even on the last day of our trip when the battery died and we couldn’t bring back the van. She traveled to the other side of the island and then even offered us to bring us to the airport. That was so nice of her. Except of this last day experience we were very lucky with her van. 🍀 The van is as shown on pictures in a good shape and has a lot /everything you need for a 1-2 week trip. It is also strong enough to „climb“ the streets to the Teide 💪 We recommend to spend a night above the clouds (but outside the National Park). 😍 Thank you so much and might the next travelers have a great time with your van! ☀️
Very friendly and professional contact, everything went smoothly, all the necessary things for camping are included, highly recommended.
Terrible experience. We expected the poorly equipped van, but the owner charging us 500€ for a small scratch on the bumper and for losing two plastic pieces was the icong on the cake, oh i forgot that ana doesn’t speak english when we had to have our cash back, just for lettong you know. Highly not reccomended - 5 days renting this vehicle cost us over 1000€

La experiencia ha sido muy negativa, la furgoneta nos dejo tirados porque no arrancaba el último día justo antes de ir a devolverla y estábamos a 80 km de distancia con el tiempo justo para devolverla. Tuve que pagar más de 100 euros del taxi y Ana Raquel, la propietaria se quedó con 150 euros de la fianza como concepto por ir a recoger la furgoneta a esa distancia y porque alegaba que habíamos hecho mal uso de la batería principal y tuvo que comprar una nueva. La llevo a un taller y dijo que la batería estaba descargada. Seguramente la furgoneta tenía alguna derivación ya que tenía muchos cables sueltos, aún así, se quedó con 150 euros de la fianza. Al final tuve que pagar 150 euros por este motivo, más el dinero del taxi, algo más de 250 euros extras que me rompieron el presupuesto del viaje. Muy descontento, la verdad.
