Great communication throughout. Smooth pick up, owners very friendly and helpful as it was our first campervan experience. They took their time to explain how everything worked. The van was very clean and as described. Owner very kindly provided us with bedding and towels as we were flying into France with hand luggage only. Overall an excellent experience, no negatives at this all. We highly recommend Jean Phillipe and his van.
