Communication was really easy. The camper is amazing and has everything you need for a great trip. The fridge and freezer work with gas so you can use all the time, also when standing. Really well equipped and two big comfy beds. On the day of the pickup we were explained everything about the camper in the tiniest detail, how everything works and what to take care of. Please note: this takes quite a while, so plan around 60-75 minutes for that part. All in all a 5 star experience.
