The arrangement with Willem went smoothly before and after the trip. Willem is a great guy. We set off in the Fredo for almost 4 weeks. It was our first travel experience with a motorhome. And what a motorhome it was: fully equipped, perfect automatic transmission, convenient and super comfortable. We traveled from Ghent to Amsterdam, Luxembourg, the Black Forest, Bern, Switzerland, the Furka Pass, and back home via Germany. This has left us wanting more, especially with such a luxury motorhome. Thanks Willem for everything, including the YouTube videos.
The camper was great. It fully matched the description and was well-equipped with all the necessary "camping" gear. No defects and well-maintained. Very friendly and flexible owner. Very thorough explanation before departure and always available for questions. In short, the ideal place to rent a camper!
It was our first experience in a motorhome. If we had to sum it up in a few words, here are the ones we chose: A fantastic welcome, clear and effective explanations, a top-notch campervan (better equipped than some Airbnbs). Willem is available and responsive. This is reassuring when it's a first experience. Finally, we thank Willem, his family and Frédo of course.
