A very warm welcome and clear explanations were provided. The Goform form was completed together, including the necessary tips and tricks for the vehicle. A helpful checklist and practical content sheets were created. Clear labeling was provided where necessary. The complete set of supplies was present: from made beds to a toolbox. Everything had been taken care of. In the event of a technical problem, we received an immediate response (after contacting Dicar's technical department) and a solution straight away. Upon delivery of the motorhome, the screening and handling were smooth and efficient. In a word: superb service. I'm glad everything went so well and smoothly; we had a very pleasant trip.
Fantastic experience with Fiebe's campervan! The handover was smooth and clear, with excellent explanations. The Benimar Cocoon (automatic) drives very comfortably and safely, and everything on board was clean and complete. Plenty of storage space, a comfortable bed, and all amenities worked as they should. Fiebe communicates quickly and friendly—highly recommended!
