Had a very nice holiday week in this almost new camper Sunlight. Everything is well organized at Kristel and JP's company; top service! At the camper itself it is useful to also take a water hose with you for filling. The navigation system is outdated and causes more annoyance than pleasure. The sound of the radio is bad so you better arrange that yourself in a different way. With Goboony everything was arranged very nicely, including Kristel and JP. Worth repeating.

Recommended! It was the first time we rented a camper, no better landlords for a first trip than JP and Kristel. They really took their time to explain and to get us started! Despite the bad weather, we enjoyed it in their camper, equipped with everything necessary. We will definitely rent from you again next time! THANK YOU!

Have been to Ostend. Everything went smoothly. We were able to pick up the camper at the agreed time. The camper was in good order. Enough space for 2 people. Only downside, you have to bring your own kitchen utensils. Such as plates, cutlery, pans, kettles, ... .

Good camper, but disappointing service We rented a camper for the first time from this company and the vehicle fully met the description in the advertisement. It was a good camper that gave us a wonderful holiday. The contacts were via Kristel, the owner of the rental company, who left a warm impression. Unfortunately, we also had some less positive experiences. We assumed that the camper, just like when renting a holiday home, would be equipped with plates, pans and an outside table, but this turned out not to be the case. Check-in was done by a member of the rental company, but the reception was cold and impersonal. As newcomers to the world of camping, we had hoped for more explanation and guidance, but instead we mainly got warnings about the fragility of the vehicle. This made us feel like we were not really welcome. Unfortunately, during our trip we suffered damage to the back and side of the camper. We reported this immediately and sent photos so that the landlord could order the necessary parts and the next tenants would not be affected. When returning the camper, after a thorough wash in which we even used a hot water high pressure cleaner to remove all insects, we were again received coldly. To our surprise, it was noted that the outside of the camper was not clean, while we had really done our best. Of course, after a 50 km drive, some dust and dirt can get on the camper, but this seemed inevitable to us. Although the vehicle was in excellent condition, the cold reception and unexpected cleaning costs left a bad taste after an otherwise fantastic holiday. It would be nice if there was a bit more warmth and empathy in the service of the rental company.

This was our first campervan experience, and it was fantastic. We were on the road for almost two weeks, and everything went smoothly, from pickup, during the trip, and return. Everything went smoothly. We received good explanations, and the campervan was spacious and equipped with everything we needed.
