Le véhicule était dans un état de vétusté avancé, l'état des lieux était très complexe à contrôler (vraiment beaucoup de détails etait renseigné, en anglais). L'état des lieux retour a eu lieu SANS notre présence, nous avons appris que le personnel de Roadsurfer avait détecté un défaut sur le rétroviseur que nous n'avions pas identifié. Malgréce présumé défaut, le véhicule est reparti à la location le jour même. Pour autant nous n'avons toujours pas récupéré notre caution et ne savons pas à quelle sauce nous allons être mangés. C'est très stressant.
