We had great communication in the build up to the trip and excellent communication throughout, the explanation hand over and van processing was awesome!
However the campervan aurora didn't fully meet our expectations, unfortunately mid way through the trip we lost power to the van engine and this affected the driving experience for the last few days of our trip, there was also a problem with one of the doors which despite being closed the dashboard always said the door was open, in addition there were a few details that could have made the van experience cosier such as supplying some mugs for hot drinks, tea towels for drying dishes and improving the interior decoration.
We would hire again from Stefania but it would be really cool if they could fix the van and make some small improvements as above
