So sorry to hear you were without power for the last couple of days 😔 If you’d popped us a message at the time, we could have tried troubleshooting it with you and hopefully got you back up and running. Unfortunately, things do occasionally get damaged or stop working during hires, and while we do our best to pick up on everything during our turnaround checks, sometimes things aren’t reported to us so we simply don’t know there’s an issue 😞 We’re really glad to hear you still had a fab time though, and thank you for letting us know - we’ll make sure it’s checked and sorted for the next trip! 😊 x
