Jennifer is a lovely lady and very professional in the handover. We did have trouble finding her property as the house name was on a wheelie bin only. We hired the campervan for 3 of us to take a camping trip with electric hook up. Jennifer mentioned that she had filled the water tank so it was ready to use, and confirmed there was an electric hook up. She said she had never used the sink herself.
Unfortunately the mattress supplied for the pull down bed was very hard and the bottom bed does deflate. We had no running water the motor/pump did not work. The cooker ignitor did not work. The supplied plates etc were dirty. The fridge only stayed cold when the Camper was driving. The service light was on. When advising Jennifer of these issues upon return and that we could not open the water tank with the key it kept spinning. She did say that the people the previous week did not have any issues, and she would give us some money back. We have only received the deposit paid no extra for the inconvenience as suggested. I mention these issues so that they can be corrected before future people hire the van.
