Professional but friendly experience, the dialogue with Robert was excellent from the very beginning when booking, he accommodated a slight adjustment to the collection/ pick up times which was very helpful.
They kept in contact on the lead up to the collection, the forms etc was a slick process. This was continued for the collection, a comprehensive hand over of the vehicle with Owen.
The campervan was just as described, in excellent condition, well kitted out and it did everything we wanted.
The return was just as simple as the collection and the deposit was returned promptly.
Highly recommend, I will certainly use again as it added to our great weekend at Silverstone.
