Neil’s handover was clear, friendly and helpful, which made getting started much easier. The motorhome was comfortable, well equipped and had everything needed for a relaxed trip. It was a great way to travel with flexibility, and staying in a motorhome made the journey feel much more open and enjoyable than a standard holiday.
There were a few minor issues along the way, but Neil always responded enthusiastically and helpfully, which was really reassuring. He was warm, approachable and very supportive throughout.
What made Neil’s motorhome special was that it felt practical but also homely, easy to settle into, easy to use, and a really good base for our trip. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I’d be happy to recommend it to other travellers.
