Liked: The place was really great including clean bathrooms and WCs. With a place for cleaning dishes, clothes and to store stuffs in the cold storage. Perfect spot to camp.

Could be better: Poco presente personale di servizio ma sono stato qui a natale, potrebbe essere normale. Comunque facile la prenotazione online

Financial commitment through the booking:
The guest undertakes to pay the full fee for all calendar days booked, i.e. not only for the pitch, but also for the persons, electricity, etc., even if, for whatever reason, he arrives late or departs early. Early departure or late arrival shall not entitle the customer to set off any amount against the reservation period owed. In the event of cancellation or early departure, we have the right to dispose of the pitch.
Arrival and departure times:
Pitch: Arrival from 14.00 to 20.00 / Departure from 07.00 to 11.00
Should there be a delay, the guest must inform us by telephone (0041 27 934 32 05) or e-mail (info@simplonblick.ch) before 4.00 p.m., otherwise the pitch will be reserved.
Deposit:
The deposit per pitch is 100% of the total amount. The timely receipt of the deposit (after receipt of our booking confirmation) on our bank account guarantees the definitive reservation and is considered as acceptance of our reservation conditions. If the deposit is not transferred on time, we will continue with the booked offer. Any bank charges shall be borne by the customer.

Written cancellation (by e-mail) 6 to 0 days before arrival or no cancellation (no-show): The deposit paid will not be refunded, the remaining payment (excl. tourist taxes and rubbish bag charges) must be made.
