Take the A7 motorway Perpignan/Barcelona; exit at junction 6 Girona north. Take the C255 via La Bisbal, then head towards Pals. At Pals follow Platja de Pals, then the signs for the campsite.
Located in the heart of the Costa Brava, Pals is one of the most charming medieval towns in the Baix Empordà region. Located on the top of a hill, it was built around a fortress and still retains its splendid medieval spirit.
You can enjoy walks through the alleys of this medieval town, its Plaza Mayor, the Ca la Pruna house-museum, the church of Sant Pere, the Torre de las Horas or the Mirador de Josep Pla.
Baix Empordà is the region of coves and cliffs, the Costa Brava in its purest form. In addition, it has other natural spaces that add to the spectacle of nature, such as the Medes Islands, Els Aiguamolls de l'Empordà and the Montgrí, Les Gavarres or Ardenya massifs.
FOR CAMPING PITCHES:
The reservation will not be final until the corresponding payment and deposit (40% of the total amount) has been made by credit card payment. The remaining amount of the stay must be paid in the online check-in process or on the day of arrival at the Camping Reception.
The maximum occupancy is 6 people for the Standard plot.
Check-in time is after 12 noon and check-out time is before 12 noon. Once the plot is vacated, the client will be able to use the camping facilities until 4:00 p.m.
If the reserved plot is not occupied on the day of arrival or at most the next day before 12 noon, the reservation will be automatically canceled without the possibility of recovering the advance payment, in the event that it had been required at the time of the reservation.
There will be no discount or refund in case of late arrival or early departure of the days stipulated in the reservation contract.
We are a Pet Friendly Campsite, but we remember that dogs declared dangerous breeds or crossbreeds of these (you can consult the official list on our website) are not admitted. Other dogs will only be able to enter the Campsite when they have a vaccination card and updated insurance. You must show it upon arrival. The owner of the animal has the obligation to keep the dog on a leash at all times. You will also be responsible for any possible damage that the animal may cause.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
➢ 2 weeks before arrival or more, 75% of the deposit will be returned.
➢ Less than 2 weeks, the payment and deposit made will not be returned.
FOR BUNGALOWS & GLAMPING TENTS:
The reservation will not be final until the corresponding payment and deposit (40% of the total amount) has been made by credit card payment. The remaining amount of the stay must be paid 30 days before your arrival for reservations between 19/06 and 13/09. For other reservations, the remaining amount of the stay will be paid before arrival through the online check-in process or on the day of arrival at the Campsite Reception.
Important: When the reservation is made less than 5 days before the arrival date, the reservation will not be confirmed until 100% of the total stay has been paid and confirmation has been received from the Campsite.
The prices include all persons indicated as the maximum quantity in each accommodation (including children and babies), as well as one vehicle.
Check-in time is from 16:00. If you wish to arrive earlier, you can use all our facilities while you wait.
On the day of departure, you must vacate the accommodation by 11:00. In low season, it is possible to request a late check-out, subject to availability, and will be confirmed on the last day of the stay.
Upon arrival at the campsite, you will have to leave your credit card as a guarantee for any possible damage. The Client authorizes the Establishment to request the details of a valid credit card as a guarantee of the reservation and of any damage or defects that may be caused to the facilities, furniture or equipment of the accommodation during their stay.
This card will not be charged in any case without the existence of a justified reason, which will be duly notified to the Client, who has a period of 48 hours from the receipt of the communication to formulate the allegations that they consider appropriate. In the event that damages attributable to the Client are detected, the Establishment will notify it in writing, by email or other reliable means, indicating the damages assessed and attaching, where appropriate, the supporting
documentation (photographs, maintenance report, estimate or repair invoice). Once the specified period has elapsed without any allegations or after the resolution of these, the Establishment may proceed to charge the corresponding card, up to a maximum amount of €1,000 as compensation for damages,
without prejudice to any legal actions that may correspond.
The card data will only be kept for the period necessary to fulfill this purpose, in accordance with current personal data protection regulations (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – RGPD and LOPDGDD), information available in the data protection section and on our website.
Upon arrival, your accommodation will be clean, so you must leave it in the same condition upon departure. If you leave the accommodation dirty or with any damage, the 60,00 Euro guarantee will be retained, and a higher amount may be claimed if necessary.
ANIMALS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE ACCOMMODATIONS OR IN THEIR SURROUNDINGS, EXCEPT IN THE XALOC - PETFRIENDLY BUNGALOWS. We are a Pet-Friendly Campsite, but we remind you that dogs declared as dangerous breeds or their crosses (you can consult the official list on our website) are not allowed. Other dogs can
only enter the campsite if they have a vaccination card and up-to-date insurance. You must show it upon arrival.
The owner of the animal is obliged to keep the dog on a leash at all times. They will also be responsible for any possible damage caused by the animal.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING: Bedding, towels, and kitchen towels.
The campsite offers the option to rent sheets, towels, cots, high chairs, and barbecues. They must be requested at the time of booking. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee their availability. The rental of these items will be for the entirety of your stay.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
➢ 5 weeks or more before arrival, 100% will be refunded.
➢ 4 weeks before arrival, 75% will be refunded.
➢ 3 weeks before arrival, 50% will be refunded.
➢ 2 weeks before arrival, 25% will be refunded.
➢ 1 week before arrival, no amount will be refunded towards the stay.
After 72 hours from the confirmation of the reservation, in case of cancellation, a fee of 30,00 € will be deducted for cancellation expenses.
