RESERVATION TERMS
The Camping Management recommends booking in advance, as places are limited.
To secure a reservation, a deposit of €300 per bungalow and €150 per campsite pitch is required. This amount will be deducted from the total bill. Payment can be made online by credit card or via bank transfer if made well in advance. Once payment is received, the reservation will be confirmed by email.
Reservations are held until 12:00 p.m. on the day following the scheduled arrival date. After this time, Camping Platja Cambrils reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
Reservations are personal and non-transferable; only the reservation holder may use it.
Specific spaces cannot be guaranteed, but you may inform us of your preferences, and we will consider them when assigning your accommodation.
The camping day ends at 12:00 p.m. If you stay beyond this time, an additional day's charge will apply.
Bungalow Reservations:
- Check-in is from 4:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. If you need different hours, please inform the reception department in advance.
- At check-in, a deposit of €100 will be required by credit card as a security deposit. This will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided the accommodation is left in optimal condition (trash removed, dishes cleaned, etc.). If this condition is not met, a cleaning fee will be charged.
Camping Plot Reservations:
- Check-in is from 1:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., and check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. If you require different hours, please inform reception in advance.
- Each pitch allows for a motorhome or caravan plus car, or tent plus car. The maximum occupancy per plot is six people, including children and infants.
Cancellations and refunds of deposits:
- Guests may cancel free of charge 15 days prior to arrival during Easter week, from 15 June to 15 September, and Halloween.
- During the rest of the season, guests are entitled to a refund if they cancel 7 days prior to their scheduled arrival. Outside of these periods, there is no right to a refund.
Pets are not allowed inside the bungalow. Sheets, kitchen towels and bath towels are not included.
No more than the maximum number of people (including children and babies) indicated for each type of bungalow is allowed
Campers may receive visitors with prior authorization from the campsite reception, completing the necessary registration and paying the applicable visitor fee, which varies by season. Visiting hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Between 12:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., vehicle entry and exit are prohibited.
The Camping Management is not responsible for lost items or valuables not stored in the safes located in each bungalow.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation 21 to 15 days prior to arrival: 25% of the total amount due
Cancellation 14 to 8 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total amount due
Cancellation 7 to 1 days prior to arrival: 75% of the total amount due
NO SHOW: 100% of the total amount due
