Good site for visiting Marbella
Liked: We had good sized pitch. Showers very good (when you figure out hot and cold taps!). Shower and toilets always very clean.
Could be better: The outside bar tables and seating were very dusty and weren’t cleaned once during our stay. Better signage for toilet waste disposal is needed. Booking-we had to delay our visit as the site booking system showed it was full on the dates we wanted. By the time we had confirmation of our stay our arrival day also showed full and we were worried about how busy it would be. On arrival the site was half empty and stayed like that for our entire stay. You need to make sure the availability is up to date as I’m sure it must affect others who wish to stay with you.

Could be better: With a little TLC and some money invested (not a lot) it would be a really good site

Could be better: The roads need repair, potholes an bumps make it no Joy to drive around with a camper. Pitches are not flat, so be prepared to use ramps.

Liked: The toilets and showers were very clean. The staff were helpful and friendly on reception and in the bar.
Could be better: Some of the internal roads were very bumpy and it was difficult to find a pitch we could fit on when we arrived.

CONDITIONS TO RESERVE BUNGALOWS
The campsite management asks you for written booking applications and promises only to reserve the requested number of bungalows with no
possibility of choice of a particular bungalow. The 50% of the total stay should be paid in advance free of expenses as a guarantee for the reservation.
The rest will be paid on the client arrival. At Easter time, reservations have to be of a minimum of 10 days. From the 1st of July to the 31st of August,
renting per week (from Saturday to Saturday). Customers will leave on arrival a deposit against damages caused to the bungalows inventory.
This guarantee will be refunded on their departure once the bungalow has been checked.
BOOKINGS CANCELLATION (pitch/bungalow)
In case of cancellation with less than 7 days notice, the advance payment will not be refunded. If the cancellation is made between 8 and 30 days
notice, a refund of 50% is applied. If cancellation notice is done before 30 days a refund of 95% is applied.
After arrival no refunds are applicable.
