About this campsite
Founded in 1980 from an idea of the owners that transformed the park of their country house.
Rio verde is a special place: most of the trees are centenary pinewood , that keep the weather cool.
Guests feel in touch with nature and freedom.
Here you can breathe pure air, enjoy the open space where the only sound is the birds singing.
Francesca and Daniela moved by an endless energy have been taking care of the place since 2001, at your arrival you will receive a warm welcome, their special “must” .

About the area
A tour to the archeological sites, medieval villages, grandious abbies to re-live the wonders of an ancient land.
Gubbio a medieval jewel where each corner is a picture of ancient old stone framed by pot of coloured flowers.
Museums, churches, old palaces and the “Corsa dei ceri” gives u an idea of a special life style.
Fabriano a small nice town , at “Museo della Carta” you can discover the secret of the hand made paper.
In Urbino, the town of Raphael the famous artist, you can visit the “Galleria delle Marche” in the old Palace of Federico di Montefeltro hosting many works of art.
Booking conditions
BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. Pitches can be booked for any number of days.
2. Bungalows can be hired for periods of one week or multiples a week in august. The unit will be available from 15 p.m. on, check out by 11 a.m.
3. In case of delayed arrivals or early departures, the full amount for the period booked remains due.
4. The deposit is 30% on the amount due for the entire period booked and should be paid by bank transfer. The full amount of the deposit will be deducted from the final bill.
5. In the event of cancellation, the full deposit will be refunded, if written notice of cancellation reaches the Campsite Management at least 15 days prior to the commencement of the period booked.
6. Reservations are to be considered confirmed only upon receipt of a 'Booking Confirmation' on the part of the campsite with the date for the bank transfer.
