RULES BOOK

Daily Rates

Daily rates are intended from 12:00 PM on the day of arrival until 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

The number of days of stay is calculated based on the number of nights, regardless of the time of arrival.

ACCESS TO THE FACILITY

Access to the agricamping will take place completely autonomously. By entering the numeric code previously provided via email, access will be granted and electricity and water supply will be activated at the assigned pitch.

This code can be used until the moment of check-out to enter and exit the facility and access the private bathroom and the bathroom reserved for disabled persons, if you have booked them.

PITCH

Prices at the time of booking are intended for 3 adults and children under the age of 2 per single pitch.

Please note that each pitch can accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people and the price includes: use of the service building (hot showers, laundry, etc.), stay inside the pitch, and parking for vehicles used exclusively for towing caravans/trailers.

For each additional person, a supplement is required, as indicated in the attached price list.

It is the customer's duty to provide the exact dimensions of the equipment:

width of the camper and total length including the drawbar for the caravan.

Pitches are assigned by the staff, who may consider the guests' requests depending on the situation.

ELECTRICITY/WATER CONNECTION AT THE PITCH

Both electricity and water will be automatically recorded from the moment of check-in, at a cost of €0.60/kWh for electricity and €2.00/m³ for water. Consumption can be checked at any time through the dedicated app until check-out is completed.

The app can be downloaded for free via the link previously provided in the booking confirmation email.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation Policy – Standard Rate:

In case of cancellation, if it is communicated within 30 days before the expected date of arrival, the entire deposit will be refunded – the amount will be transferred via bank transfer minus transaction fees.

Alternatively, the same amount can be used for another stay, depending on the facility's availability.

It is understood that if the cancellation is communicated after 30 days, the deposit will be automatically forfeited.

Cancellation Policy – BeSafe Rate:

The BeSafe Rate guarantees cancellation ONLY for any documented reason and offers a refund of up to 100% of the prepaid amount in accordance with the Insurance Policy regulations applied at the time of booking.

DEPOSIT / BALANCE FOR PITCH STAY

At the time of booking, a deposit is required.

The balance will be automatically charged to the credit/debit card previously provided at the time of booking, on the same day of arrival at the facility.

If you wish to pay the balance in cash or by bank transfer, please inform us at least 7 days before arrival.

EQUIPMENT NOT INCLUDED

Each guest must bring their own power cable (industrial plug).

Maximum power supplied: 6 Amperes.

PARKING INSIDE THE AGRICAMPING

Inside the agricamping, parking is allowed ONLY for vehicles intended for towing caravans/trailers in the designated parking spaces.

Parking cars in the pitches intended to host caravans or campers is strictly forbidden.

QUIET HOURS

During quiet hours (1:30 PM – 3:00 PM / 9:30 PM – 8:00 AM), noises that disturb the peace and rest of campers are strictly prohibited.

Therefore, during these hours, the following are not allowed: gatherings or noisy meetings, use of audio systems or sound instruments. Radios or similar devices must always be kept at low volume.

MINORS AND VISITORS

Minors are allowed only if accompanied by their parents or by adults who are directly responsible for them or with a written and signed authorization from the parents.

VISITORS: Management reserves the right to accept visitors depending on organizational needs and in any case at its sole discretion.

Visitors must always register at Reception and show an identity document.

Visitors must be announced and welcomed by the customer at Reception.

DOGS AND CATS

Even though for some people the dog is an integral part of the family, it is appropriate to understand and follow some BEHAVIOR RULES that are essential to ensure that, in general, no discomfort or disturbance is caused to other guests and to the agricamping staff.

• Dogs are allowed on the pitches and in the designated dog area
• The animal must be up to date with vaccinations, and for this reason, the management requires guests to bring the health booklet
• The dog must wear a collar with an identification tag and must always be kept on a leash inside the facility
• A muzzle is not mandatory, but it is advisable to always have it with you
• It is strictly forbidden to leave the dog alone and unattended inside the agricamping
• The customer must immediately clean up any droppings left by their animal in any area of the facility
• The customer is responsible for any damage or deterioration caused by the animal.

Therefore, the customer is considered 100% responsible for the behavior of their animal and is directly liable for any injury to people or animals inside or in the immediate vicinity of the facility.

PROHIBITIONS

• It is forbidden to light fires on the ground
• The use of grills is allowed only in such a way that it does not cause danger or disturbance

It is strictly forbidden to bring animals into the service building.

No responsibility is accepted for damages caused by thunderstorms, hail, falling trees or branches, fires, and/or force majeure.
