About this campsite
Situated directly on the beach, in the secular pinewood of Belvedere, between Venice and Trieste, the Belvedere Pineta Camping Village (only 5 km from the historical centre of Grado) is a marvellous natural park of 500000 sqm, where it is possible to spend in peace and tranquillity the desired holiday.
In the camping with own equipment (tent, caravan, motorhome) or in the holiday village, choosing between bungalows, apartments and mobile homes.

Booking conditions
BOOKING CONDITIONS
FOR RENT – Bungalows Miramare, Holiday Apartments Gelso and Pinus, Mobile Homes Green Holiday, by way of advance booking for one or more full weeks from 17.00-21.00 (arrival day) to 08.00-10.00 (departure day). From 30.04 to 09.07 and from 27.08 minimum stay of 3 nights with arrival/departure every weekday.
Camping pitches: arrival every weekday from 08.00 to 19.00, and departure every weekday from 08.00 to 12.00.
PAYMENT – Bungalows Miramare, Holiday Apartments Gelso and Pinus, Mobile Homes Green Holiday: 50% on booking by bank transfer. Balance at arrival before occupation. We accept Maestro, Visa and Mastercard.
Camping pitches: € 150,00 on booking by bank transfer. Balance at arrival before occupation. We accept Maestro, Visa and Mastercard.
If the Camping Village does not receive the deposit within the deadline indicated, the reservation will be cancelled without further notice.
CANCELLATION – only by certified mail, fax or e-mail; following penalties will be applied for cancellation: € 30,00 up to 15 days before arrival; 60% of the advance payment between 14 and 7 days before arrival; 100% of the advance payment within 6-0 days before arrival.
In case of earlier departure, no reimbursement is due to the client.
FINAL CLEANING – obbligatory, to be paid upon arrival: € 50,00 for Holiday Apartments Pinus and Mobile Homes Green Holiday;€ 60,00 for Holiday Apartments Gelso and Bungalows Miramare; Not included: kitchen and kitchenware, which must be left clean.
DEPOSIT – € 150,00 for Holiday Apartments Pinus and Mobile Homes Green Holiday; € 200,00 for Holiday Apartments Gelso and Bungalows Miramare.
PETS – allowed in the Camping and upon request in the Mobile Homes Green Holiday and in the bungalows Miramare; absolutely not admitted in the Holiday Apartments Pinus/Gelso. Transgressors will have to leave the accomodation immediately without any right for a reimbursement.
The price-list and the Camping Village regulations constitute integral part of the above booking conditions.
