Terms and Conditions
Guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 30% of the total price if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Once the free cancellation period has expired, the guest is required to confirm the booking by paying a 30% deposit of the total price. Guests can also choose to pay the full amount before their arrival.

• Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free.
Cots and extra beds
- Cots: Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free in a cot (subject to availability).
- Extra beds: Guests 3 years and older can stay for €20.00 per person, per night in an extra bed (subject to availability).
Internet and Parking
- Wi-Fi is available in public areas free of charge.
- Free private parking is available on-site (no reservation needed).

- Accommodation Check-in: 16:00 to 23:30
- Pitch Check-in (Piazzole): 12:00 to 23:30
- Accommodation Check-out: 07:00 to 10:00
- Pitch Check-out (Piazzole): 07:00 to 12:00
Booking requirements
- Address: Guests do not need to provide an address to book.
- Phone number: Guests must provide a phone number to book.
- Age limits: No age limit.
- Curfew: No curfew.
- Damage deposit: No damage deposit is required.
Access to the Property
- Someone will meet guests on-site.
- If the reception is closed, guests can ask for information at the bar/mini-market.
House Rules
- Smoking is allowed.
- Pets are allowed in all types of accommodation (surcharge applies).
- Parties/events are allowed.
