Grottamiranda October Visit

Liked: 5 star naturist accommodation is hard to find but this is the best quality naturist resort we have ever visited. Everything has been thought out and provided. There is a wonderful supermarket 8 minutes drive away. There are superb places to visit within an easy drive, even Gallipoli is reachable as a day trip.

Could be better: None - we will be back.

Liked: Beautiful premises with 14 apartments and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy peace and quiet. Pierre, Martine and the Team are very attentive and helpful which made our stay even better. A great base to explore the sites of Puglia if you so wish. We preferred staying at the resort and relaxing by the pool as well as the other wellness features. You must do Pierre's wine tasting evening and the buffet/BBQ evening.

Liked: A wonderful place to relax and unwind. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, very welcoming and everyone there is so kind. Martine and Pierre make you feel at home. Stefano’s food is absolutely delicious- we enjoyed every meal! We had a wonderful time, felt completely relaxed and only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely come back.

Liked: Our first visit here. We booked next years visit already. A relaxed, laid back, clean and comfortable space. Nice facilities, good use of spaces and terraces. It offers some relaxation treatments and wellness. Yoga, sound baths, meditation and massage are available. Choose a room to suit your needs and space requirements. They are each different, yet have a linked feel to them. Pierre and Martine are very good hosts, informative and knowledgeable about their hotel and the local region. Happy hour bruschetta is a lovely way to start your evening! A real naturists place!

Could be better: I knew before I went that there was not a breakfast service offered. A small breakfast buffet would enhance my stay. We did order in the local croissant and pastries though using a simple form available at reception.

Liked: Well spaced out. Beautiful grounds and pool. Ample secure parking. Wonderful hosts, so so helpful. Absolutely made sure we had everything needed. Booked car hire for us, which is essential for getting around. Yoga on site, which my husband tried for the first time and enjoyed it. First time here and would absolutely recommend it.

Could be better: The sun lounges by the pool could be softer. We really liked the joint dinner buffets and could be arranged more frequently.

Getting there

Arriving from Bari airport :

- Leaving the airport, follow Brindisi direction and take the SS 16 (SS 379) motorway, along the Adriatic coast. You will cross Bari, and see Mola di Bari, Polignano a Mare, Monopoli, Fasano and then Rosa Marina, Ostuni.
- Leave the SS 16 at SERRANOVA – TORRE GUACETO Exit
- Follow TORRE GUACETO direction
- At the STOP sign, turn on your left, SERRANOVA direction
- Then, at the crossroad, turn on your right, SERRANOVA direction
- Follow the road, through the olive trees, during 1,3 km.
- At the Y crossroad, go on your left and follow “Centro Visite”
- After 600 meters, go across the railways, and follow SERRANOVA direction
- After 800 meters, at the round about, go on your left, SERRANOVA direction,
- After 200 meters, at the Y, go on your right to drive around SERRANOVA.
- Follow the road, through the olive trees, during 3,6 km.
- At the crossroad, you will find a little church (San Biagio) on your left and Masseria storica Grottamiranda on your left. You turn on your right and follow the road straight ahead until you can see Resort Grottamiranda on your left.

Arriving from Brindisi airport :

- Leaving the airport, follow via Nicola Brandi and take Bari direction. Take the SS 16 (SS 379) motorway, along the Adriatic coast.

Booking conditions

Booking : Booking is definitive when the signed contract has been received by GROTTAMIRANDA Naturist Resort and the deposit has been paid.
If the booking is made less than 30 days before arrival, the total amount must be paid.
Late arrival or early departure : booking dates are precised and accepted in the booking contract. So, no refund will be accepted.

Caution : A 200 € caution has to be paid at the arrival. It will be refund after inventory at the departure.
Reception : Weekly bookings are from all days, from 04.00 pm to 08.00 pm. Departures are from 7.00 am to 10.30 am. If the apartment key is given back after 10.30 am, one extra night has to be paid.
Any arrival after 08.00 pm must be signaled thanks to an email. GROTTAMIRANDA Naturist Resort won't be able to accept unorganized arrivals after 08.00 pm.
Any shifted arrival of more than 48 hours has to be signaled in advance through mail or email. If this is not respected, the booking will be canceled without any refund possibility.
Number of inhabitants : The number of persons occupying an apartment can't be higher than the number written in the booking contract. Apartments inhabitants must
be declared at the Reception and must show an identity document. The Reception guarantees the respect of Italian police administrative rules.
Animals are not accepted into GROTTAMIRANDA Naturist Resort .
Cancellation : In case of no reception of the signed booking contract or in case of no reception of the deposit until 8 days after the contract sending email, the booking will be automatically cancelled.
Any booking cancellation suppose the non-refund of administrative fees. The refund will follow the rules below :
More than 120 days before arrival : total refund (except administrative fees)
From 120 days to 60 days before arrival : the deposit is not refunded
From 60 days to 30 days before arrival : refund of 50 % of the total amount
Less than 30 days before arrival : the total amount must be paid.
If the cancellation is due to GROTTAMIRANDA Naturist Resort, a total refund will be made.
Internal rules & naturist charter : Every guest must strictly respect the naturist charter and GROTTAMIRANDA Naturist Resort internal rules, attached to each booking contract.
