'KlüthseeCamp Seeblick' is located just outside Holsteinische Schweiz natural park, near Segeberg. The campsite is harmoniously settled in the hilly landscape between Klüthsee and Segeberger See lakes amidst beautiful nature.

General Terms and Conditions KlüthseeCamp&Seeblick

1. BINDING RESERVATION

In the months of June to August as well as at Easter, Whitsun, Ascension Day and during the holiday season, we recommend that you make a reservation. With your booking you offer us a binding accommodation contract. The contract is only binding for the landlord once it has been confirmed in writing. If the booking differs from the confirmation, we are bound to this new offer for ten days and the contract is concluded on the basis of this new offer. The current price lists for the travel period apply to the contractual services.

2. PITCHES

There is no entitlement to a specific pitch. Information provided by telephone, ancillary agreements and other assurances of any kind shall only form part of the contract if they have been confirmed in writing by the campsite.

3. PRICES

Only the prices in the price list for the booking period are valid. All prices include the VAT applicable at the time of publication. Should there be any changes, the campsite is entitled to recalculate and the tenant is obliged to pay.

3a. BOOKING/PRICES

The prices to be paid by the campsite guest are shown in the current price list of the campsite. It is the responsibility of the camping guest to find out about the prices applicable during the booking period before booking. After receiving the booking confirmation, please check it immediately for correctness! The campsite reserves the right to change the booking if this is necessary for special reasons.

3b. PAYMENT

On arrival, only a deposit of €25.00 is payable for the chip card, which can be paid in cash, by EC card or credit card. The remaining amount will be paid on departure.

When transferring payments, it is essential to state the booking number, first name and surname as stated in the payment request as the reason for payment. Bundled payments for several bookings are not desired and will be transferred back and cancelled. Payments that cannot be allocated will also be refunded and bookings cancelled.

Pitches that become vacant due to early departure can be reallocated by the site management without deduction.

3c. PRICE CHANGE CLAUSE

The company is authorised to adjust the respective price list to changing market conditions, significant changes in consumption/procurement costs or changes in VAT no more than once per quarter. In the event of price increases that significantly exceed the regular increase in the cost of living, the guest is entitled to a right of cancellation. In such cases, the company will inform the guest in text form.

4. CHECK IN

If you arrive between 13:00 and 15:00 the barriers are closed, please use the car park to the right and left of the campsite. Parking directly in front of the barriers is prohibited for security reasons. Please present your booking confirmation on arrival. This will speed up your check-in and you can enjoy your holiday more quickly.

4A. CHECK OUT

The pitch must be vacated by 13:00. To extend your stay, please check at reception whether your pitch is available. If the pitch is not sublet and you pay our daily rate, you can stay on the pitch until 20:00. Please pay any balance due immediately before departure.

5. WITHDRAWAL

The camping guest may cancel the camping contract in writing after receipt of the reservation confirmation. The date of cancellation shall be determined by the date of receipt of the written notice of cancellation by the campsite.

No refund will be made in the event of early departure.

6. VISITOR

The camping guest/permanent camper is obliged to register visitors at the reception. Visitor prices are available at the reception. Visitors' vehicles must be parked outside the campsite grounds.

7. CAMPSITE RULES

The camping guest, the tenant, fellow travellers and visitors are obliged to comply with the rules and regulations of the campsite rules, which are available for inspection at the reception. In particular, the times specified therein must be strictly observed.

The campsite operator is entitled to terminate the camping contract without notice if the camping guest's behaviour endangers others or causes lasting disturbance or if he behaves in such a manner contrary to the contract that immediate cancellation of the contract is justified. In such a case, the campsite shall retain its claim to the agreed total price as lump-sum compensation. Refunds of payments already made are excluded.

8. LIABILITY

Every guest is obliged to treat the inventory and the pitch with care. He is also obliged to compensate for any damage caused by him or his companions.

9. MISCELLANEOUS

Film and photo shoots are regularly carried out on the campsite for advertising purposes. Please let us know on arrival if you do not wish to be photographed.

10. OPENING HOURS

In the early and low season, limited opening hours apply to the reception, wellness area, sanitary facilities, restaurants, entertainment, etc. At times, not all areas of the campsite are open.

11. GROUPS

Youth groups are not accepted without prior booking unless they are organised in a camping club/association/association and are accompanied by one adult supervisor per four young people for the entire stay.

12. PLACE OF JURISDICTION

The place of jurisdiction is Bad Segeberg

13. errors

The camping company reserves the right to correct errors or printing and calculation errors.

14. SEVERABILITY CLAUSE

Should one or more provisions of this contract be invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced retroactively by a provision with the same content that comes closest to the purpose of the intended provision.
