General terms and conditions: Rental properties (rental accommodations and pitches).
Our valid price list applies exclusively to the contractual services. Telephone information, subsidiary agreements - of whatever kind -, cancellation, rebooking and change declarations are only part of the contract if they have been confirmed by us in writing.
Terms of payment:
For bookings / reservations the following applies:
The deposit amount is 50% of the total booking amount per booking and object, for rental accommodations at least 50, - €. The amount is to be transferred to the specified account within 7 days after receipt of the confirmation letter. If the deposit is not paid within 14 days after booking, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
The deposit will be credited in full to the price of the trip.
The booking / reservation becomes binding with our confirmation letter. A cancellation must be made in writing within 24 hours of receipt.
For short-term bookings / reservations (for rental accommodation up to 21 days before arrival and for pitches up to 7 days before arrival) the deposit is not required and the entire travel price is due immediately within 3 days after receipt of the booking confirmation. In case of non-payment, we also reserve the right to cancel the booking and, if necessary, to assert claims for damages.
No booking / reservation fees will be charged.
For online bookings, e.g. via Camping.info-BVCD-Marktplatz, we charge a deposit of 50% for rental accommodations, but at least 50,- € and also 50% for pitches, but at least 20,- €.
Withdrawal / no-show / rebooking / substitute participant:
1. if you withdraw from the booking / reservation or do not start the trip, we can claim compensation for the arrangements made and our expenses. Our claim for compensation is lump-sum, taking into account the usually saved expenses and a possible alternative use. The amount of the compensation claim can be found in section 2. You are at liberty to prove that no damage or significantly less damage has occurred than the lump sum demanded by us.
2. the following cancellation fees apply (see point 1):
Up to 30 days before the travel date 20% of the travel price.
From 14. to 29. day before travel date 40% of the travel price.
From the 7th to the 13th day before the travel date 60% of the travel price.
Up to the 6th day before the travel date 80% of the travel price.
After that and in case of no-show, we reserve the right to claim the entire travel price as compensation. 3.
3. we can agree to a change of the travel date at your request. However, if another date is not possible on our part, you will incur the same costs as in the case of cancellation on your part. For other, minor changes, we charge a processing fee of € 25.00.
4. until the beginning of the trip you can be replaced by a third person. If a substitute person enters the existing contract, you are liable together with him for the travel price and the additional costs incurred by the entry of the third party.
5 We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
6. in case of cancellation of the online booking via camping.info-BVCD-marketplace the following regulation applies:
- Up to the 7th day after booking, cancellation is free of charge.
- From the 8th day, the cancellation fees listed under 2. apply analogously.
Arrival/Departure:
1. your rental object is prepared for you on the arrival day from 12.00 o'clock.
2. on the day of departure, the rental object must be vacated by 10.00 am.
Liability:
Every guest is obliged to treat the inventory and all objects of the vacation park with care. Damages caused by the guest or his companions are to be compensated by the guest. Any damage incurred must be reported immediately to the park staff.
Pets:
Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement and require the express consent of the vacation park.
General:
For the stay on our vacation parks the observance of the respective posted site rules applies.
Only the registered persons are allowed to use the accommodation/pitch and the vacation park.
