GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKING A PITCH
Booking:
The booking only becomes effective after our agreement and receipt of a 30% deposit.
The balance of the stay corresponding to the remaining 70% must be paid in full on the day of arrival.
Pitches are rented on a named basis and may not be sublet under any circumstances.
Cancellation:
We must be notified of any cancellation.
For cancellations received more than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will refund all sums paid.
For cancellations less than 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will retain your 30% deposit and refund any additional amounts paid. If, for practical reasons, you pay for the entire stay when you make your booking, we will refund the difference between your deposit and the total amount of your stay.
Delayed or interrupted stay:
No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure. No refund will be given for any stay interrupted for any reason whatsoever. Unless written notice is given, any delay of more than 24 hours will result in the cancellation of the booking.
Civil liability insurance:
All campers must have civil liability insurance.
Cancellation insurance:
If you have taken out Cancellation and Interruption Insurance with our partner Campez Couvert, and if the claim is covered by the general terms and conditions (available on the website www.campez-couvert.com or from the campsite), you will be reimbursed for all or part of your stay. You must notify the insurer within 48 hours and provide them with all the necessary information and supporting documents. You are also required to inform us directly of the cancellation of your stay.

Booking:

The balance of the stay corresponding to the remaining 70% must be paid in full 30 days before your arrival. Failure to do so will result in your booking being cancelled and the 30% deposit being retained.
Accommodation is rented on a named basis and may not be sublet under any circumstances.
Cancellation:
We must be notified of any cancellation.
For cancellations received more than 60 days before your scheduled arrival date, we will refund all sums paid.
For cancellations between 60 and 30 days before your scheduled arrival date, the 30% deposit is non-refundable and we will refund any additional amounts paid.
For cancellations less than 30 days before your arrival, we will retain all payments and fees.

Security Deposit:
A deposit of €250 will be requested upon arrival, refundable on the day of departure if no damage has been found.
The accommodation must be left in a perfectly clean condition, otherwise €70 will be retained against final cleaning.
