A lovely family run campsite
Liked: We arrived very early in the morning as we had dropped our son at Marseille airport but was welcomed warmly. We were giving a popular pitch, the site was lovely and kept very well.

Liked: Paid for 2 nights ,stayed 15 minutes, not ready for business looked like scene from the Walking Dead .Bins on top of the pool cover, grass a foot high . Should not have been open for business don’t be fooled by the website pictures.

Liked: Dogs welcome but unfortunately there were two dogs roaming the grounds and not friendly ones when you have dogs yourself. Went for our dogs twice even though ours were on leads and they were scavenging for food

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW
Art1 : The Holidays begin at 4pm and end at 10am. However, Whatever the time of your arrival , you become a client of camping and you have access all the services open.
Art2: Your reservation is possible if you returned the attached form by a settlement with the 20 euros fee management and the amount of the deposit of 45% that you calculed. This amount is rounded to the nearest euro.
Art 3 : Only reservation made by mail or through our website are valid. To receive your ballot and your payment, we establish an estimate where your deposit will appear and we're posting your address : it becomes our booking confirmation. If your mail arrives too late we call you to warn you of the failure of bouking and we will link your post with your deposit.
Art4: Your payment corresponds to the persons mentioned in the mobile home (see table of prices), you can use the bed room, or pitch a tent on your site. Free for Babies under one year.
Art 5 : At least 30 days before your arrival, the balance of your rental must be received by check, wire transfer,money order or bank debit card.
Art 6 :the day of your arrival we establish an inventory and we record your security deposit of 500 .
Art 7 :days of your departure before 10 am we conduct an inventory contradictory. if For any reason you must leave before 8:00, we realize that check in your absence and we return by mail and check security deposit, less any costs of reinstatement that we would find.
Art 8: The leased property must be made cupboards and coffers empty, clean dishes, sanitary and bathroom cleaned, floor swept and serpilli. In the case of a breach of the these obligations our maintenance staff will work on the basis of 30 euros an hour .
Art 9 : For a cancellation (by mail only) received 30 days before your arrival, we will refund your deposit minus 52 (20 management fees and a 32 cancellation fee) You can also take insurance cancellation FFCC.
Art 10 : The non-compliance with art 5 frees us from our commitment to hire art 3. We accept same day new application. But we warn you by mail of the your location. Where appropriate, we notify youby phone call for a new family of rentins the vacated MH . Without reaction from you (mail or fax)we accept the new lease and we process your refund under the conditions of art 9. By cons, if any family comes back rent that you have abandoned, we keep all of your first payment.
Art 11 : We accept smokers after a written undertaking not to smoke inside.
If we find a customer smokes inside or a smell of smoke remainsin the leased property, it will be levied the sum of 100 for works and deodorizing products.
Art 12: We accept one pet will be charged at the current rate, it should never be alone in the mobil home.
LOCATION EMPLACEMENT :
it is worth Booking if you arrive before july 5 and after August 24 .
We accept reservations, regardless of your arrival date and duration of your stay, however, you must calculate if the booking fee is not too important for stays of very short duration .
We ask that you pay 55 euros including a deposit of 35 euros will be deducted from your stay, whether it corresponds to the dates listed on the booking form.
We record your reservation on receip of you form cut, and filled with you payment. We will send you a quote proof of your reservation.
If you wish a particular location, we strive to satisfy you, and never commit to a specific pitch , but by offering a choice of three (3) pitchs.
Your Location is available on the sexected day after 2:00pm
If a delay prevents you from arriving on the scheduled day, you must notify us by telephone or by fax at +31(0)4.90.56.23.41.

if you cancel your stay, received by mail, fax 30 days before your arrival we will refund thirty-five euros (35) and keep the fifteen euros (20) reservation fee, otherwise we keep your entire payment .
