Liked: The camping is very large but also calm and quiet, the owners are very friendly. The restaurant is really good.
Could be better: If anything is broken or needs to be fixed, they will take action immediately. They took over this camping 3 years ago and are still renovating, doing a good job!

Vacances au tylo soleil
Liked: Nous revenons tout juste de notre séjour Au Tylo Soleil où nous avons passé de superbes vacances ! Une belle découverte pour ce camping familial, calme, bien arboré, en pleine nature, la piscine et les toboggans sont top. La région est magnifique. Nous tenions à remercier toutes les équipes : l'accueil, le bar, l'animation, les cuisines, l'entretien et bien sûr les boss Loic et Thierry qui nous ont aidé, sont de bons conseils pour les sorties, toujours le sourire, un mot gentil et une petite caresse pour notre chien Pumba. Nous y avons fait de belles rencontres et avons hâte de revenir !

1/ Services – Rates
We offer bare pitches and rental accommodations for booking.
Bare Pitch
A bare pitch is a site for your tent, van, caravan, or motorhome.
The price of your stay is calculated based on a basic package, which necessarily includes:
the rental of the pitch,
accommodation for 2 people,
the possibility to set up 1 tent with 1 vehicle OR 1 caravan with an additional vehicle OR 1 motorhome,
access to reception facilities, entertainment, and sanitary facilities,
and, depending on the chosen package, a power connection and possibly other options (fridge, extra vehicle, trailer, etc.).
At the time of booking, you must select one of the following packages:
*One connection per rented pitch. Charging electric or hybrid vehicles is strictly forbidden. (A flat-rate fine of €350 incl. VAT may be applied by the campsite for unauthorized charging. Please note this may pose a fire hazard, even with domestic sockets, and vehicle charging is not included in your rental.
Only electric bikes may be charged, except on S Hiker pitches which are rented without electricity.)
Additional charges may apply (extra person, pets, fridge rental, extra vehicle, etc.) and are not included in the above packages.
A €20 security deposit will be required upon arrival for the badge allowing you to open the access gate during its operating hours. This badge must be returned at the end of your stay. We reserve the right to retain all or part of the deposit in the event of loss or damage. The badge remains the property of the campsite.
Rental Accommodation
Our prices include:
accommodation rental based on its capacity,
water, gas, and electricity charges (excluding electric or hybrid vehicle charging),
parking for one vehicle,
access to reception facilities, entertainment, and sanitary blocks.
A €300 security deposit will be requested either after your booking or upon arrival. It will be refunded at the end of your stay and no later than one week after your departure by post.
We reserve the right to retain all or part of it in case of damage to the accommodation, its contents, or any campsite equipment.
Cleaning charges may be deducted from the deposit if cleaning has not been done before departure. The exact amount is listed under End-of-stay cleaning in our pricing chart (between €50 and €80 depending on the accommodation).
Note: the dishwasher must be emptied, and all dishes put away as you found them.
General Provisions
Prices are quoted in euros (€), VAT included. They do not include the tourist tax or eco-contribution.
Regardless of the chosen option (bare pitch or rental), extra fees may apply for additional people, pets, fridge rental, extra vehicles, extra tents, or visitors.
Our prices are subject to change based on economic and commercial conditions. The applicable contractual price is the one stated in your booking confirmation.
We use dynamic pricing, meaning rates may fluctuate up or down depending on demand and booking periods.
Partner benefits and promotional offers cannot be applied retroactively to already confirmed bookings, whether fully or partially paid.
Thus, guests may pay different prices for the same type of stay. Clients who paid a higher rate will not be eligible for a refund of the price difference compared to any subsequent promotional offer.
2/ Booking Conditions
Reservation requests can be made:
via our website (recommended),
by phone,
by email,
or in person at the reception.
Pitches:
Reservations for pitches are possible:
for a minimum of 2 nights during low season (from opening until early July and from late August to closing),
and 3 nights minimum during high season (early July to late August).
A shorter stay may be booked subject to last-minute availability (no more than 2 days in advance).
Rental Accommodation:
Reservations are possible:
for a minimum of 2 nights in low season, with flexible arrival and departure days,
and 7 nights minimum in high season, with arrivals on Wednesdays, Saturdays, or Sundays only.
Reservations are nominative and may not be transferred.
Minors not accompanied by one of their legal guardians are not admitted.
To confirm your reservation, a deposit must be paid within 7 days:
30% of the total stay, plus
the booking fee (if applicable).
Once the deposit is received, we will send you a confirmation summarizing your booking details and the amount still due.
The balance must be paid at the latest 30 days before the start of your stay. Otherwise, your booking may be cancelled, and the deposit forfeited.
If the reservation is made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount is due immediately.
In all cases, no pitch or accommodation will be allocated until full payment has been received.
Special Requests (pitch number, location near another family, specific orientation, etc.) are not contractual and cannot be guaranteed.
Our team will do its best to accommodate your preferences, but we cannot be held liable if we are unable to fulfill your request.
3/ Right of Withdrawal – Cancellation
In accordance with Article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering, or leisure services provided on a specific date or for a specific period.
Therefore, reservations made at Camping [Name] are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
However, customers may cancel their stay under the conditions described below:
If you cancel more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit paid will be refunded minus a €20 administrative fee.
If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total cost of the stay will be retained.
If you cancel less than 15 days before the scheduled arrival date, or if you do not show up, no refund will be made.
In the event of early departure, regardless of the reason, the stay must be paid in full and no refund will be given.
We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, which may reimburse you depending on the reason for the cancellation (illness, accident, etc.).
If you wish to cancel, you must notify us in writing (email or letter), and the cancellation will be effective on the date we receive your message.
4/ Arrival – Departure
The rented accommodation or pitch will be available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
In the event of late arrival or early departure, no refund will be granted.
Please inform us in case of a late arrival (after 7:00 p.m.), so we can organize your check-in.
Without any news from the guest 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date, the management reserves the right to reallocate the pitch or accommodation without refunding the deposit paid.
Departures must be made before 11:00 a.m., and the pitch or accommodation must be left clean and tidy.
For rentals, an inventory will be carried out before your departure. Any missing or damaged item will be charged.
5/ Payment of the Stay
The balance of the stay must be paid on the day of arrival at the latest.
We do not accept checks as a means of payment on site.
We accept the following payment methods:
Cash
Credit card
Holiday vouchers (ANCV)
In case of early departure, for whatever reason, the stay remains due in full. No refund will be made.
6/ Cancellation
In case of cancellation by the client, the following conditions apply:
If the cancellation occurs more than 30 days before the arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, minus a €10 administrative fee.
If the cancellation occurs between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the deposit will be retained.
If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the arrival date, the full deposit is retained and no refund will be made.
In case of cancellation by the campsite, except in cases of force majeure, the client will receive a full refund of the amounts paid.
7/ Arrival and Departure
Pitches are available from 2:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
Rentals are available from 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
In case of late arrival or early departure, no refund will be made.
In case of no-show 24 hours after the planned arrival date, and without any notice from the client, the campsite reserves the right to re-rent the pitch or rental, and the amounts paid will be retained.
8/ Payment of the Stay
The balance of the stay must be paid:
At the latest upon arrival for pitches.
30 days before arrival for rentals.
No deduction will be made in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
9/ Security Deposit (for rentals)
A security deposit of €200 is required for each rental upon arrival (by cheque, cash, or bank transfer).
It will be returned at the end of the stay, after inspection of the premises, minus any damage or cleaning costs if necessary.
If the departure is outside reception hours or without an inspection, the campsite reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit.
10/ Pets
Pets are allowed (except category 1 and 2 dogs) for a fee and must be declared at the time of booking.
They must be kept on a leash, vaccinated, and must not be left alone on the pitch or in the rental.
Their owners are responsible for ensuring cleanliness and avoiding any nuisance to other campers.
11/ Visitor Access
Visitors are allowed on the campsite after authorization from reception and must pay the applicable fee.
They must leave their vehicle in the car park and respect the campsite rules.
Access to the pool and other facilities is not included unless explicitly authorized.
12/ Internal Rules
Campers are required to comply with the campsite rules, displayed at reception and available on request.
In case of non-compliance, the management reserves the right to terminate the contract without compensation.
13/ Image Rights
During their stay, campers may be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes of the campsite (brochures, website, social networks, etc.).
If a client refuses to appear, they must notify the management in writing upon arrival.
14/ Data Protection
The information provided at the time of booking is collected for the proper management of the reservation and is subject to data protection in accordance with the applicable laws.
You have the right to access, rectify, or delete your personal data by contacting the campsite management.
