BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR A PITCH

• The price includes one pitch for a tent, caravan or camper van from the arrival day at 3.00 pm up to the departure day at 11.00 am max. for a maximum of 6 persons , the place to park one car, the access to the full equipped sanitary, the playground, and the heated swimming pool (from mid-May to mid-September).
• Booking is effective upon receipt of the fulfilled and signed contract including :

- Payment of the deposit

- Payment of the cancelation insurance when chosen.

- Security deposit mentioned in the booking contract

- In case of a pet will be present during the stay, photocopy of the passport (valid vaccination page)

- And the written confirmation from the management of the campsite

• The payment of the balance will be done at the arrival at the latest by credit card or cash in Euros.

BOOKING CONDITIONS FOR CHALET OR STATIC CARAVAN

• The price included the rental of a full equipped chalet or a static caravan for the people registered on the booking contract from the arrival day at 3.00 pm up to the departure day at 11.00 am max., the access to the playground, and the heated swimming pool (from mid-May to mid-September).
• Booking is effective upon receipt of the fulfilled and signed contract including :

- Payment of the deposit

- Payment of the cancelation insurance when chosen.

- Security deposits mentioned in the booking contract

- In case of a pet will be present during the stay, photocopy of the passport (valid vaccination page)

- And the written confirmation from the management of the campsite

• The payment of the balance will be done at the latest 30 days before the arrival by credit card in Euros.
• The customer will report any discrepancies immediately.
• The security deposit will be given back to the tenant, the day of the departure during the check out as soon as all premises, furniture, equipment and utensil are in compliance to the arrival, including the full cleaning of the chalet or static caravan. A fix amount of € 120 for additional cleansing or additional amount for damages may be deducted

from the security deposit.

• Among pets, only dogs are accepted in some chalet or static caravans. (see tariff)
• Early departure does not give rise to any refund, whatever the reason.

CANCELLATION

• In case of cancellation without previous cancellation insurance :

- Less than 30 days before the arrival, no refund will be given - 30 days and more before the arrival, the deposit will be refunded minus the administrative fees and insurance cost, except for bookings through Pitchup.com, no refund will be possible at any time.

• A cancellation insurance is highly recommended. See the description on www.neat.com

PETS

- Pets are allowed under some conditions. Most of mobil homes do not accept pets.

- Pet's passport provided during the booking must be presented upon request of the manager during the stay.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

- Bar and services are open from April 6th, to September 15th.

- The rental of any pitch, chalet or static caravan is valid only for people listed on the booking contract. Any additional person will be charged as additional person or visitor depending of the duration of the stay (see tariff).

- In case of misrepresentation, this contract will be terminated and no refund will be made.

- Customer must advise of any delay in order to maintain their tenancy. After a period of 24 hours from the arrival date stated in the contract, if the customer has not notified of the delay, the booking contract will be considered as cancelled without giving rise to any refund.

• In case of dispute , you can complain to a mediator within ninety days from the date of notification, Decree No. 2015-1382 .

- In case of failure to respect the rules of the campsite, including pool and playground, after being warned by the management will result in expulsion without refund of the stay.

- Only one vehicle is allowed per rental.

- Any visitor or additional person will be invited to register at the reception before entrance (see tariff for visitors or additional person).

Spa in Zen static caravan

The customer undertakes to use the spa under normal conditions of use and safety. Maximum capacity of the spa 4 people . No water temperature on arrival and during the customer's stay is guaranteed by the campsite. As the use of spa is private, it is the customer's responsibility to guarantee safety at all times. Its use is only authorized between 8 a.m. and 11 p.m.
