General conditions of sale and reservation Camping le Trèfle à 4 Feuilles -
Article 1 - Reservation
Your reservation is considered final once it has been
confirmation from us.
A - Rental
The mobile home is available on the day of arrival provided for in the contract from 4 p.m. to
8 p.m. (notify in case of delay) until the departure day provided for in the same contract
before 10:30 am (register on the schedule at reception). Out of season, arrivals and
departures can be done every day (times to be determined together).
The reservation becomes effective after agreement from the campsite, and after receipt of the
reservation contract duly completed and accompanied by a payment of 30%
deposit of the total amount of the rental + 12 € administration fees+
Cancellation insurance optional, but not refundable.
For short stays, full payment will be requested when booking + administration fees (see price) + optional cancellation insurance.
All reservations are personal and may not, under any circumstances, be transferred or sublet.
The pitch or rental number assigned when booking is not
guaranteed, it can be modified according to planning requirements.
OBLIGATION TO DECLARE THE NAMES AND AGE OF THE PARTICIPANTS IN THE
STAY
. Any inaccurate declaration on the reservation form, in particular the
number of people declared for the duration of the stay, will result in the interruption
of the stay and all sums paid will remain acquired at the campsite.
In case of departure outside reception opening hours, the deposit will be
returned by mail to the tenant, after inspection of the premises, unless we
note one or more anomalies. The installation will be returned in the same state of
cleanliness only on arrival. Otherwise, the tenant will have to pay a lump sum of 90 € for cleaning.
B - Location
The pitches (maximum 6 people) are available on the day of arrival planned by
the same contract from 3 p.m. until the day of departure provided for in the same contract
at 12.
Location: it is strongly recommended to indicate the dimensions of your tent or
caravan in order to have a suitable location. The campsite will not be held
responsible for changes in dimensions between the date of reservation and
arrival on the campsite and the inability to settle there if the size of the
material has not been entered.
For security reasons, the number of people arriving for a stay cannot be
exceed the capacity of the accommodation / campsite
. To note :
The allocation of places (camping or rental) is carried out without
distinction in the order of registration of reservations.
C -Balance of stay
The balance of the stay must be paid, without reminder from us, 30 days before the date
of arrival planned for the rental or the day of arrival when the client has not
Reserve.
The balance of the stay on the pitch will be payable on the day of arrival.
In the absence of full payment by the agreed date, the Campsite is entitled to consider
that the customer has canceled his reservation and keeps the sums already paid.
D - State of play
On arrival at the campsite, the inventory of fixtures is carried out by the customer. Any problem related to
accommodation (missing item, breakage, cleanliness) must be reported to reception in the
day. At the end of the stay, the departure inventory will be carried out by the staff of the
campsite and without any observed problem, the deposits will be returned to you.
Article 2 - Minors
Minors unaccompanied by their parents are not accepted on the campsite.
Article 3 - Means of payment
The payment methods are as follows:

On site, checks are not accepted within the campsite.
- VACAF tickets, ANCV holiday vouchers, Transfer or Bank card (we
consult), Cash and money order

When booking, the deposit or the entire stay is paid by credit card (the cards accepted are those of the Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard networks). The transaction is immediately debited from the customer's bank card after verification of the latter's data.
Article 4 - Modification or Cancellation of reservation
Upon receipt of the deposit, the reservation becomes final. Any changes to the dates and / or the number of people must be notified in writing (mail or email) and will only be possible after agreement from the campsite.
No refund will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure for any reason.
The campsite will keep the deposit as compensation for sums not collected. Without written news from the customer 24 hours after the day of the planned arrival, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
The price of the stay does not include the tourist tax 0.65€ / day / person over 18 years old (except
inter-municipal change)
Article 5 - Cancellation insurance
We strongly recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to benefit from reimbursement of accommodation costs (according to the general conditions of the insurance). This insurance is optional and you will be charged 5% of the total amount of the stay (minimum stay 25 €). The complete general cancellation conditions are available on request or can be viewed online at covered camping.
More than one month before the scheduled arrival date, the deposit as well as the administrative fees will be kept by the
camping.
Less than a month before the scheduled arrival date, the total of the sums already collected will be acquired by the campsite, which reserves the right to re-let the rental or the site without owing any compensation or reimbursement.
Article 6 - Insurance
The campsite is not held liable in the event of theft, loss or damage of any kind (vehicle or other) during or following a stay, as well as in the event of breakdown or shutdown of technical equipment.
Article 7 - Rental deposit
The deposit amounts to € 250 and must be paid on the day of arrival by credit card or cash. This deposit
constitutes our guarantee for the respect of the rental installation entrusted to you, the state of cleanliness in which you will return the accommodation to us on your departure, the respect of the instruction not to smoke inside the rentals, the respect of the internal regulations: noise pollution in particular. This deposit does not constitute
a limit of liability and may be cashed in to meet the costs of
repairs to the rental as needed. The end of stay cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant. After your departure, members of our cleaning team will check the general condition and cleanliness of the rental and agree to the return of your deposit.
If the cleaning is not done correctly, the cost of the cleaning fee will be requested (€ 90) and if the refrigerator is neither cleaned nor defrosted, we will charge you € 10.
Article 8 - Animals
One Animal (tattooed and vaccinated) are accepted in rental accommodation, on condition of paying a supplement of € 5 per night (€ 3 / night on the pitch).
. You must bring their valid vaccination certificate + their tattoo card.
In accordance with article 211-1 of the rural code, and the decrees and ministerial decrees of application, dogs of
1st category attack dogs (pit bulls) and 2nd category guard and defense (rottweiler ...) as well as NACs are prohibited.
Dogs and other animals must not, under any circumstances, be left free, nor locked up in the campsite in the absence of their owners who are civilly responsible. Each owner is asked to collect his animal's excrement (poop bags are on sale at reception) and to respect
the environment of other holidaymakers (no needs near pitches or rentals as well as near playgrounds and sanitary facilities). The walks must be made outside the campsite.
Article 9 - Image rights
You authorize the Le Trèfle à 4 feuilles campsite, free of charge, to use photos and videos of you and all the participants in this stay, for advertising purposes of the campsite (brochure, internet ...), without time limit.
Otherwise, please complete the following certificate: I, the undersigned ................................ .......,
does not authorize the campsite, to reproduce, publish, edit or represent my image and that of all the participants appearing in this contract, for advertising purposes.

Article 10 - Swimming pool
Children must be accompanied by an adult. Long swim shorts and Bermuda shorts are not accepted. Only swimming trunks and swimming trunks are allowed (sale at reception). Please respect the instruction sign at the entrance to the swimming pool.
IMPORTANT: shower required, do not run around the pool, do not smoke or eat ...
In case of non-compliance, access will be refused.
Article 11 - Visitors
Notify us of the arrival of your guests. They are requested to leave their vehicle in the car park and to report to reception. They are accepted on the campsite from 10 am to 10 pm, for the sum of € 5 per person.
For insurance and safety reasons, visitors do not have access to the swimming pool.
Article 12 - Rules of procedure
The tenant must comply with the provisions of the campsite rules, posted at the entrance of the establishment and at the reception. Any breach of these internal regulations may result in the legal termination of the contract and the expulsion of their author. The signatory of the reservation contract must be of legal age and will be
responsible for the entrusted material.
