Article 2 - Booking conditions
2.1 Prices and payment
The campsite rates are indicated in euros including tax, excluding tourist tax, cancellation guarantee and booking fees which will be added to them.
For camping pitch reservations: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the deposit amount and booking fees.

For any unreported delay, the rental/location becomes available 24 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the booking contract. After this period, and in the absence of a written message, the booking will be void and the deposit will remain acquired by the campsite management.
2.2 Modification of booking
No reduction will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
Any unpaid booking in accordance with the general terms and conditions of sale will be cancelled.
Cancellation by the customerAny cancellation must be notified by mail, the date of the stamp being proof. You will be retained:
- More than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: the deposit paid will be retained unless you have subscribed to the cancellation guarantee and meet the reimbursement conditions.
- Less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: 100% of the cost of the stay unless you have subscribed to the cancellation guarantee and meet the reimbursement conditions.

2.5 Cancellation insurance
We advise you to take out cancellation insurance. This contract offers you a cancellation guarantee which allows you to obtain a refund of the sums paid in the event of cancellation of your stay or early departure under certain conditions (illness, accident, etc.).
Insurance rates:
- Camping pitch: 4.5% of the stay excluding tourist tax and administration fees
- Mobile Home Rental: 4.5% of the stay excluding tourist tax and administration fees
Article 3 - Course of the stay
3.1 Arrivals and Departures
For rental: arrivals are from 4 p.m., departures are before 10 a.m. on Saturdays only
For campsites: arrivals are from from 2 p.m., departures are before 12 p.m. every day of the week
3.2 Deposit
A deposit of €300 per accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival. It will be refunded on the day of your departure, during reception opening hours, after an inventory. Any damage will be billed in addition to the price of the stay, as will cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a perfectly clean state. If you cannot be present during the inventory, the deposit will be returned to you by mail or cancelled on site.
3.3 Departure
Any return of the key after 10 a.m. or vacating the pitch after 12 p.m. will result in the billing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Animals
Animals are allowed on the campsite grounds, kept on a leash. We also ask you to provide us with a copy of your pet's up-to-date vaccination record.
3.5 Internal regulations
As required by law, you must adhere to our internal regulations, filed with the prefecture, displayed at our reception and a copy of which will be given to you on request.
Article 4 - Liability
The Campsite declines all liability for damage suffered by the camper-caravaner's equipment that is its own fault; insurance for your equipment in terms of civil liability is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC...).
Article 5 - Applicable law
These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls under the jurisdiction of the High Court or the Commercial Court of Angers (49).
