Liked: Excellent site 10 min walk from beach and pretty harbour town. Site pretty cramped, with small pitches. Fabulous new amazing facilities were clean and had great music too. Award winning hand basin a little metal robot figure. Found a dog walking field just out of the back of the site down the road. Perfect. Lovely pebbly and rocky beaches. Read that dogs were allowed after 16 Sept so went with that. Would definitely return.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE - DOMAINE MON CALME
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
Reservations must be made online through our website. All reservations must be accompanied by a payment including:
A deposit equal to 40% of the total price of your stay and any additional services.
THE BALANCE OF THE STAY must be paid upon arrival at the latest. No discount will be granted for late arrival or early departure.
In accordance with Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, we inform you that accommodation services provided for a specific date or period are not subject to the 14-day right of withdrawal.
The host reserves the right to cancel the reservation within 7 days of the booking date without any reason and with a full refund of the amounts paid.
RATES
Rates or information published on our website are base rates excluding optional services (texts and photos are non-contractual). The price set at the time of booking includes the applicable VAT. The contractual price may be subject to changes within legal limits, particularly if there are VAT rate changes between booking and final payment.
Prices may vary throughout the season.
Partner benefits and promotions must be specified or selected at the time of booking. They cannot be applied after your reservation.
Booking fee: €22
TOURIST TAX
The tourist tax is clearly stated on the invoice. It is collected on behalf of the municipalities. The cost may change during the year and could impact the total price of the stay accordingly.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit will be requested upon arrival by bank card imprint for any accommodation rental in the amount of €300.
(+Cleaning fee depending on the model: 1 bedroom: €65, 2 bedrooms: €75, 3 bedrooms: €95, Aparthotel: €130). This deposit is taken as a simple imprint and is not charged to your account.
The full amount will be returned after departure if the accommodation is clean and undamaged, minus any compensation for damage, unpaid services, or lost keys.
ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY
Each rental is for a specific number of people. It cannot be occupied by more than the authorized number (including children and babies). The manager may refuse additional persons.
Minors not accompanied by parents, legal guardians, or without written authorization will not be admitted.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE
Accommodation check-in: from 2:30 PM / Check-out: before 10:30 AM
Camping pitch or motorhome pitch: Check-in from 12 PM / Check-out before 12 PM
Each rental includes kitchenware and bedding.
Aparthotels include bed linen, towels, and beds made.
Mobile homes: linen and towels optional.
An inventory is available in each unit. The tenant must check it and report any issues on the day of arrival.
Complaints about cleanliness or condition must be reported no later than the day of arrival. No claims will be accepted more than 24 hours after arrival.
Guests must comply with the internal rules of the establishment (available at reception) and are responsible for disturbances caused by their party. Serious violations may lead to immediate termination of the stay.
PETS
Pets are allowed (except category 1 and 2), with up-to-date vaccination proof and subject to an additional fee payable at booking.
MODIFICATION, INTERRUPTION, AND CANCELLATION OF STAY
Under Article L221-28 and following of the Consumer Code, services offered by Domaine Mon Calme are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Therefore, any client cancellation after booking and before arrival will result in:
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: the deposit is retained.
Cancellation from 29 days before arrival: full payment required.
The Serenity Option can be purchased at booking for flexible cancellation/modification terms.

Modifying Your Booking
Without the Serenity Option, no changes are possible after booking confirmation.
With the Serenity Option:
Free modification up to 14 days before arrival (same season only).
Price differences are at the client's expense. No refunds for cheaper stays.
From 13 days before arrival: no modifications allowed.
Stay extensions depend on availability. Reductions are treated as partial cancellations and follow the same terms.
Cancelling Your Booking
With the Serenity Option:
Up to 30 days before: full refund (except booking & Serenity fees).
From 29 to 14 days before: refund minus €90 fee.
From 13 days before or after start: no refund.
Vouchers used are not refunded but can be reused or refunded after 18 months.
COVID-19 Specific Refund Policy
You'll be refunded if:
You are in a lockdown area or borders are closed.
The establishment is closed or restricted by government order.
The region has a red travel alert.
A guest tests positive for COVID-19 (RT-PCR proof required).
Requests must be sent before your stay starts.
Unused Services
No refunds for interrupted or shortened stays (late arrival/early departure).
