Could be better: Only issue was closing off one shower facility, when the site became quieter. Those showers that were available were only had warm water with low pressure. Disappointed in the shop and restaurant. Need more basic choice.

Liked: Réservation, communication très efficaces et souples. Accueil très agréable. Seul camping ouvert fin septembre et permettant de réserver une nuit pour un évènement particulier (triathlon) pour un prix tout à fait correct. Donne envie de revenir plus longtemps !

1 – Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the rights and obligations of Camping La Roseraie and the customer in connection with the reservation of accommodation or a camping pitch. These GTCS apply to reservations made via our website, by telephone, as well as bookings made through a tour operator.
They apply to all services offered, notably on our website accessible at: www.laroseraie.com.
Please note that the content of the brochure and website is provided for information purposes only and that certain activities and services may be modified depending on availability and seasonal dates.
The applicable GTCS are those published on the website at the time of booking. Any reservation made by the customer is governed by these GTCS.
2 – Description
Camping La Roseraie undertakes to keep information regarding its services up to date across all communication channels. In the event of a substantial change, the customer will be informed accordingly.
We invite you to consult the description of the campsite, the accommodation, or the reserved pitch for more detailed information.
3 – Booking Conditions
Reservations may be made by telephone, online via our website www.laroseraie.com, or through a tour operator. A reservation becomes effective after receipt of the deposit and acceptance of these GTCS.
Reservations are strictly personal and nominative and may not be transferred or sublet under any circumstances.
Camping La Roseraie reserves the right to refuse a reservation in the event of unavailability or any circumstance that may compromise proper execution. As Camping La Roseraie is a family-oriented campsite, it also reserves the right to refuse any booking that does not comply with this objective.
To validate a reservation:
Accommodation rental: payment of a deposit equal to 25% of the total booking amount, plus booking and cancellation insurance fees.
Camping pitch: payment of a €90 deposit, plus booking and cancellation insurance fees.
For bookings made less than one month before the arrival date, full payment is required.
Camping Pitches
Arrivals are between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm, departures before 12:00 pm. Late arrivals must be reported to the campsite.
The maximum number of occupants is 6 persons (including babies). Early arrivals require booking the previous night.
Any pitch not vacated by 12:00 pm will automatically be charged an additional night.
Please bring an extension lead of at least 25 meters and a European plug.
Accommodation Rentals
Arrivals are between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm, departures between 9:00 am and 10:00 am. Late arrivals must be reported. Early arrivals require booking the previous night.
The package includes the number of people stated at the time of booking (including babies), within the accommodation capacity. If the number of occupants exceeds capacity, access may be refused.
Late departures will be charged €10 (incl. VAT) per half-hour started.
The location of the pitch or accommodation is determined by campsite planning requirements and at the campsite’s discretion.
3.1 – Security Deposits
Keys will only be handed over once the security deposit has been paid and validated. The deposit is taken upon arrival by bank card pre-authorization (PLBS) or via the Swikly system (additional charge). No other payment method is accepted.
Failure to present a valid bank card with sufficient funds may result in refusal of access.
Deposit amounts:
€400 for accommodation and inventory
Cleaning deposit:
€60 (1 bedroom)
€80 (2 bedrooms)
€100 (3–4 bedrooms and TAOS)
Upon arrival, guests must complete the inventory form and return it by hand before 12:00 pm the following day. Any defects or missing items must be reported exclusively on this form.
In the absence of an inventory return, Article 1731 of the French Civil Code applies.
The deposit will be released within 14 days following the departure inspection, unless damage, breakage, or inadequate cleaning is identified.
4 – Rates
Rates displayed on www.laroseraie.com are indicative and subject to change. They apply only to the current season.
Quotes or simulations do not guarantee availability or final pricing.
Promotions and special offers are subject to availability, non-retroactive, and non-cumulative. The campsite reserves the right to modify or cancel them without notice.
5 – Responsibility for Tour Operator Bookings
Camping La Roseraie declines all responsibility for incorrect or incomplete information provided by tour operators.
Customers are responsible for verifying the information provided. Offers on the campsite’s website are not necessarily applicable through tour operators.
6 – Group Bookings
The campsite is intended for individual family stays. Group bookings require prior contact by email or phone.
A group booking is defined as more than two accommodations or pitches booked by people traveling together.
Unauthorized group bookings may be cancelled with refund.
7 – Extras and Services
Included in accommodation rates:
Water, electricity, TV (depending on model), parking for one vehicle, free access to facilities and entertainment.
Excluded:
Booking fees, extras, tourist tax, eco-contribution, cancellation insurance, modification fees.
Included in pitch rates:
Package for 3 people including electricity, sanitary access, parking for one vehicle, facilities and entertainment.
Excluded:
Additional persons, booking fees, extras, tourist tax, eco-contribution, cancellation insurance.
Electric vehicles: charging is strictly prohibited on campsite electrical installations.
Pets: allowed on pitches and in certain accommodations, subject to charges and conditions.
Bed linen & towels: mandatory. Rental available at reception. Lack of linen may result in refusal of access or cleaning charges.
Baby equipment: subject to availability.
Cleaning package: does not include kitchen or dishes.
8 – Tourist Tax and Eco-Contribution
Tourist tax is payable at current rates and applies per adult per night.
An eco-contribution per adult per night is applied as part of the campsite’s environmental commitment.
9 – Minors
Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian throughout the stay. Unaccompanied minors are not accepted.
10 – Booking Modifications (No Right of Withdrawal)
Accommodation services are not subject to the 14-day withdrawal right.
All modification requests incur a €30 fee and are subject to availability.
11 – Cancellation Insurance
In case of cancellation, notify the campsite immediately and declare the claim to NEAT within 48 hours.

12 – Pets
Certain dog categories are prohibited. Pets must be leashed, supervised, vaccinated, and insured.
Non-compliance may result in exclusion without refund.
13 – Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is provided. The campsite is not responsible for connection quality. Streaming is not supported.
14 – Visitors
Visitors are allowed with management approval and must leave by 7:00 pm. Vehicles must remain outside.
15 – During Your Stay
Only the declared number of occupants and one vehicle are permitted. False declarations may result in refusal of access.
Electric barbecues are prohibited; only charcoal or gas barbecues are allowed with safety distances.
16 – Water Park
Wristbands are mandatory. Strict swimwear rules apply.
Children remain under parental responsibility.
Failure to comply with safety rules may result in exclusion.
17 – Vehicles, Traffic, and Parking
Access is regulated between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm. Speed limit: 10 km/h.
Electric vehicle charging is prohibited on campsite installations.
18 – Departure and Early Termination
Departure inspections are conducted. Late departures are charged €10 per half-hour.
No refunds for early departure.
19 – Theft, Loss, and Forgotten Items
The campsite is not responsible for loss or theft. Forgotten items may be returned at the guest’s expense.
20 – Internal Rules
Guests must comply with campsite rules. Failure may result in eviction without refund.
21 – Image Rights
You authorize the campsite to use photos or videos taken during your stay for promotional purposes unless you object.
22 – Complaints and Mediation
You may use the Bayonne Médiation service free of charge.
23 – Modification of the GTCS
Camping La Roseraie reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. New terms apply upon publication.
