Des villages typiques mieux que ceux typiquement touristique comme Autoire.
Could be better: Mettre un affichage pour rappel devant la piscine stipulant les consignes même si c'est sur le site, car on oublie vite.

INFORMATION AND TERMS OF SALE – UNPITCHED SPACES AND RENTAL UNITS
These general terms and conditions govern all sales of stays and rentals made by the Campsite or through its online booking platform. They are an integral part of any contract between the Campsite and the guest. The guest acknowledges having read these terms prior to any booking—on their own behalf and for all participants. By booking, the guest fully and unconditionally accepts these terms. They are provided for informational purposes and are available for download on our website.

1. Booking and Payment:
Rental Units
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of: the completed contract, a 30 % deposit of the total stay, and, if applicable, non-refundable booking fees and optional cancellation insurance.
The balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. Without payment, the reservation is canceled and the deposit forfeited.
For last-minute bookings (less than 30 days before arrival), full payment is required at time of booking.
Payment methods: credit/debit card (secure online), bank transfer, cheque, or holiday vouchers (classic or Connect).
Unpitched Pitches
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of: the completed contract, a deposit of up to €50 of the total stay, and, if applicable, non-refundable fees and cancellation insurance.
Last-minute bookings (<30 days) require full payment at booking.
Only persons listed on the contract are permitted to stay. Violation (exceeding the number of people, pets not allowed, etc.) may result in cancellation.
2. Cancellation and Interruption of Stay:
Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Documents will be provided for insurance purposes. Without insurance, the campsite cannot be held responsible.
In case of no-show, early departure, or unannounced late arrival, the full stay is charged.
3. Cancellation Insurance – Neat Camping:
Optional insurance at 3.5 % of total stay.
Must be purchased and paid at booking. Cannot be added later.
In case of a claim (illness, accident, etc.), notify the campsite and file online within 48 h at https://declare.neat.eu/campings-independants

4. Check-in and Check-out:
Rental units: available from 4 PM, departure before 11 AM.
Pitches: available from 2 PM, departure before 12 PM.
For late arrivals, inform the campsite. Without notice, reservation will be canceled by noon the next day without refund.
5. Occupancy and Stay:
Only persons listed on the contract may occupy the lodging or pitch. Any additional person or vehicle must be approved by the campsite; otherwise, access may be denied.
6. Pets:
Allowed under conditions:
Vaccination records required upon arrival
Category 1 and 2 dogs prohibited
Must be leashed at all times in the campsite
Owners must immediately clean up after them (bags available on request at reception)
Pets must not be left alone in rental units
Non-compliance may result in immediate expulsion without refund. A contract will be signed upon arrival.
7. No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking or vaping in rental units is prohibited. In case of violations, the security deposit will be retained.
8. Visitors:
Visitors are welcome subject to these conditions:
Must register at reception on arrival
Entry requires prior approval from management
Visiting hours: 9 AM–8 PM
A fee may apply depending on the visit's duration or facility use
Access to amenities requires prior approval
The booking guest is responsible for their visitors; violations may result in expulsion.
9. Security Deposit:
A €250 deposit is required on arrival (credit card hold or cheque). Returned after inventory or within 15 days. No deposit = no access.
10. Swimming Pool – Access and Rules:
Pool access is reserved for campsite guests unless prior authorization from management
Swimwear: swim briefs or boxers only – shorts are prohibited
Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult
No eating, drinking, smoking, or vaping in the pool area
Safety regulations must be followed or pool access will be revoked
11. Prices:
Include pool access, electricity (in units), water, and basic services.
Not included: tourist tax (€0.65/night/adult), eco‑contribution (€0.35/night/person), extras (additional people/vehicles, linen rental, end‑of‑stay cleaning, etc.).
12. Liability and Insurance:
The campsite is not responsible for theft, loss, damage, weather, or accidents due to the guest's civil liability. Any issue with the accommodation must be reported within 24 hours of arrival.
13. Electric Vehicles:
For safety, charging electric vehicles on pitches or in rental units is prohibited. Damage is at the guest's liability.
14. House Rules:
Guests agree to comply with the rules posted at the campsite reception.
15. Image Rights:
Unless stated otherwise at reception, you authorize the campsite to use photos or videos taken during your stay for advertising purposes.
