General terms and conditions for booking


1 - Booking:


A down payment of 100% of the estimated length of stay to be paid on booking


A safety deposit of 500 € will be required the day of arrival, it will be returned at your departure, with deduction for any damage.


An inventory will be made on the day of arrival and departure, thank you for reporting any broken or missing objects.


Accomodation must be left perfectly clean.


Additional services to be settled at the end of the stay by credit card or cash.


Les Hauts d'Albas reserve the right to refuse booking for a single night during school holidays and bank holiday weekends or to restrict the number when such booking is requested more than 30 days prior to arrival date.


Insurance : the tenant attests he has taken out an insurance policy covering his own civil liability, as well as each resident's in the accomodation


2 - Cancellation by You :


Any cancellation must be notified to Les Hauts d'Albas by post or by email


In case you need to cancel your stay and if you give us a three week's notice, your down payment will be refunded (deducted of bank fees in case of bank transfer).


In the event of your notifying us with less than three weeks, no deposit will be refunded (Remember that you can take out insurance to cover this risk).
No show : in case the customer does not show up 24 hrs after the start date set for the stay, the contract will be void and Les Hauts d'Albas may dispose of the accomodation. The down payment shall be retained by Les Hauts d'Albas who will request payment of the balance of the accomodation price.


Shortened stay : in case of shortened stay, the full rental price is due and shall be retained by Les Hauts d'Albas.


Reduced number of tenants : except prior written agreement by Les Hauts d'Albas, no reduction of the amount of residents versus that specified in the contract may result in a reduction of the rental price initially determined.


3 - Cancellation by Us :


Les Hauts d'Albas reserve the right to cancel holidays in case of extreme conditions: extreme climatic events, terrorism or war.
In these cases, a full refund will be returned.
Les Hauts d'Albas will not pay compensation for any loss, including the consequences of the loss of residence due to its cancellation.


4 Tourist Tax :


The Tourist Tax is a local tax that is paid by the customer to the Les Hauts d'Albas who then transfers to the Public Treasury. A 0.60€ Tourist Tax per night per person over 18 will be added to the price of your stay


CONDITIONS AND RULES

Les Hauts d'Albas assumes no liability for breaches of these rules.


1 - Arrival


The contemporary yurts are available from 16:00 and must be vacated by 11:00 am at the latest. Except for long stays and July / August that will be vacated no later than 10:00 am .


Arrival shall be no later than 19:00 (let us know with one week's notice for exceptional circumstances).


Breakfast is delivered from 08: 00 to 09:30 am.


2 - Access to pools


Opening hours in summer from 9:00 am to 19 h 00.


Children under age 12 must be accompanied by an adult.


A railing with childproof gate is in place to prevent unsupervised access to pools by your children. However, the pools are not supervised and each user is fully responsible for his actions and the safety of their children.


Under no circumstances can Les Hauts d'Albas be held responsible for any incident and accident occurring while using the pools.


A full list of the rules applicable for the use of the pools is displayed at the entrance to changing rooms.


3 - Pets


Pets are not allowed.


4 - Smoking


Les Hauts d'Albas formally applies the smoking ban in public spaces and yurts.


5 - Negligence


Customers will be held responsible for any fire damage or deterioration of equipment and structures caused by their negligence.


6 - Stolen Property


Les Hauts d'Albas cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen property nor for any injury incurred by their customers during their stay.


7 - Parental Responsibility


The site is an ideal playground for children, but they remain under the sole responsibility of their parents at any time.


8 - Peace and tranquility


You share this unique space with other people, we therefore ask you to respect it and their stay.
Anyone who creates noise or disturbance contrary to the peace of the site (between 23:00 and 8:00 am) may be asked to leave immediately without refund.


9 - Lost and found


By the end of your stay, please make sure that you have left no personal belonging in the accomodation or the public spaces. All personal items, excluding perishables, shall be claimed within one month of your departure. Lost property will be shipped upon reception of the corresponding shipping fees.
