Camping Le Plô Aveyron

Our site is located in the heart of Grands Causses regional nature park, between Rodez and Millau, Causses and Lévezou. The rivers Aveyron and Olip run through the village of Recoules-Prévinquières. This area is 625 m high and offers great and varied biodiversity in a quiet and unspoiled setting. RENTAL OR CAMPING PITCHES BOOKING GENERAL TERMS

1. RATES: Rental rates are applicable as soon as they are published and may be modified without prior notice. Price is fixed and set upon reservation of the client by us.

2. SERVICE PROVISIONS: Any booking is name specific and non-transferrable. It is valid only for one rental and for one family. Anyone not registered on the rental contract will be considered as an additional person and will have to pay the corresponding fee.

a) The reception desk is open from 07:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. in season
07:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 04:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. out of season
b) All of our rentals are equipped with crockery, a fridge, a gas or electric stove, and garden furniture (wooden table and benches).Blankets and pillows are provided. Electricity, water, and gas are included in the price. The number of hosted people cannot exceed the capacity of the chosen model. Any additional electrical appliances, barbecues, breadmakers, washing machines, fryer, oven…, are prohibited.
c) No rental is equipped with sheets or pillowcases. Sheets are mandatory for hygiene reasons.
d) Fires are strictly forbidden on the rentals. Collective barbecues are made available to you. Only gas barbecues are authorized.
e) Rental cleaning is the client's responsibility. Cleaning rate carried out by the campsite is 50 Euros. Any damaged or broken object must be replaced with an identical one or reimbursed by the client (replacement rate is at the reception desk).

3. RESERVATIONS: For rentals and camping pitches, reservation becomes effective only after receiving the rental contract dated, signed, and attached with a 30% of the total stay amount advance payment receipt, and after our agreement confirmed by mail.

4. ARRIVALS: Rentals are available on Saturdays from 04:00 p.m. (for Sundays, please contact us) - Camping pitches are available from 03:00 p.m. In case of arrival after 07:00 p.m., it is imperative to alert the reception desk. The rentals or camping pitches remain booked for 24 hours after the initial arrival date mentioned on the rental contract. After this, booking ceases and the whole cost of the stay will be held.

5. DEPARTURES: Rentals must be released before 10:00 a.m. at the latest on Saturdays. After 11:00 a.m., an additional day will be counted. - Rentals must be released before noon at the latest. After noon, an additional day will be counted.

6. PAYMENT: The stay payment is to be realized 30 days before the arrival date. In case of non-payment within this period, your reservation will be automatically canceled, the totality of the stay amount left remaining in accordance with the cancelation terms and conditions (see 9). For camping pitch rental, the stay amount can be paid on the day of arrival. Only bank checks on the name of the contract owner will be accepted and an identity card of this very same person will be required.

7. LATE ARRIVALS OR EARLY DEPARTURES: Both for rentals and booked camping pitches, the whole stay scheduled on the contract will be invoiced. No reimbursement will be consented in case of late arrivals or early departures.

8. DEPOSITS: Two deposit checks (uncashed) will be attached to your settlement for the cottages, mini-cottages or mobile homes. The first one is 50 €, to guarantee the rental state of cleanliness upon your departure; the other one is 200 € to guarantee the state of the equipment and the accordance with the inventory shown in the rental. Your checks will be returned to you after verification of the state of cleanliness and the presence of the equipment. In case degradation or loss of equipment is reported, it will be replaced and invoiced at your expense. A scale of cleaning charges is shown in the rentals.

9. CANCELATION: In case of cancelation, the following will be retained or owed by virtue contract breach compensation: an amount of 30% of the whole stay cost if you cancel more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date - An amount which is equal to the total of the stay if you cancel less than 30 days before the arrival date or if you cannot arrive. (Full reimbursement of your stay in case of death of an ascendant or descendant with proof).

10. RESORT FEE: It is to be paid additionally upon arrival at the campsite. Its amount is fixed by the local and regional communities at the beginning of the season. Rate is 0.55 € per day and per person aged more than 18 years old.

11. INSURANCE: You must provide a proof of valid public liability insurance covering vacation. The management declines any liability in case of theft, fire, bad weather, within the responsibility of the camper.

12. PETS: Only dogs (except those of 1st and 2nd category even accompanying a visitor) and cats are (2 maximum per rental) accepted. They must not stay on beds or bench seats. In no case can they stay alone at the camping or ramble inside the campsite. The owners must collect their excrements. Bringing them for a walk needs to be out of the campsite and far from its surroundings. Health booklet must be presented upon your arrival registration with a MANDATORY antirabique certificate.

13. ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS: To be accepted to enter the campsite, one needs to have been authorized by the manager. The fact of staying at “CAMPING LE PLO” implies the respect of the internal provisions, the general and specific terms and conditions of the campsite - the rules of the swimming pool - and of last-minute instructions presented at the campsite. Any person who should stay and the camping must beforehand prove his identity and fill in the necessary police forms upon his registration. Minors who are not accompanied by responsible adults are not accepted.

14. CANCELLATION CLAUSE: In case of non-respect of the rules or of repeated disturbances, after two unsuccessful oral formal notices, the manager may cancel the contract and evict the troublemaker(s); the total amount of the stay owed in totality before the departure and no reimbursement will be realized if the stay has been paid in advance.

15. AGREEMENT DISTURBANCE: No reimbursement or price reduction by virtue of prejudice will be granted owing to neighboring disturbance, the camping animation, or works realized urgently in the collective interest.

16. JURISDICTION ATTRIBUTIVE CLAUSE: In case of difficulties for the execution of these terms of the contract, of rental or further to its cancelation for whatever the reason may be, and if no joint solution can give an end to the litigation, the Courts of Rodez alone will be competent.
