Camping La Sapinette

Practical information and conditions of sale (concerning the current season)

Registration for one of the stays offered necessarily implies acceptance of these conditions of sale by

the contracting parties.

1/ Our services

THE BARE LOCATION

This is a location for your tent, caravan or camper van. Your stay is calculated from

a basic package which includes the location, the person(s) planned according to the package, your

camping/caravanning installation, your vehicle on the pitch or in the car park and access to infrastructure

reception, entertainment and toilets. Additional costs (additional person, adult or child, electricity 16

amps if necessary...), are not included in the package and will be added to the package.

All stays are free for children under 8 years old.

RENTAL ACCOMMODATION

From March 26 to June 30 and from September 1 to September 30, accommodation must be reserved for 2

minimum nights every day of the week. Arrivals are from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and departures from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

From July 1 to August 31, accommodation must be reserved for a minimum of 7 nights from Saturday.

Arrivals are from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. and departures from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. Our prices include people

(depending on the capacity of the accommodation), water, gas, electricity, their vehicle(s) (1 per rental or 2 for

31m² and 40m²) and access to reception, entertainment and sanitary facilities. Fully equipped, only

sheets and household linen are not provided; however, you can rent them on site. Your

accommodation must be returned to its original condition upon departure (we take care of the obligatory cleaning of

30 euros which in no case exempts from tidying up the chalet. (see: Guarantee Deposit. Your wishes for a location or a specific habitat on the campsite can only be satisfied according to our possibilities

SUPPLEMENTS

Whatever the option adopted, reception area or rental accommodation, additional costs will be

invoiced for additional vehicles (car, trailer, motorcycle, boat, etc.) when these can be

authorized, additional tents, animals, visitors... Our inclusive prices do not include tourist tax,

collected on behalf of the municipality. The tax and any other supplement (animal, vehicle

additional...) are to be paid at the campsite upon arrival.

2/ Regulations of the stay

ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

For both the deposit and the balance, you can honor your reservation or your stay through the

following payment methods: bank check, holiday voucher, bank card.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Any firm reservation request from the buyer must be made in writing and accompanied by the

payment of a deposit including 30% of the stay costs, and the contribution for cancellation insurance (if

subscribed). This reservation only has contractual value upon receipt, by the buyer, of a confirmation

registration issued by the La Sapinette campsite.

The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 30 days before the start of the stay.

In the event that the balance of a stay has not arrived within the deadlines indicated above, it is

considered canceled and our cancellation conditions described below apply.

3/ Last minute reservation

Any reservation made less than 30 days before the departure date must be paid

entirely by credit card only. Any reservation honored by another payment method will not be

will be confirmed only upon receipt of this to the extent that the stay is still available.

4/ Change of stay

You have the possibility to modify dates, or stay packages once (subject to our availability and

5/ Delayed arrival, early departure

In the event of delayed arrival or early departure, compared to the dates mentioned on your voucher

reservation, the entire reserved stay will remain due. You will not be entitled to any reimbursement for

the part of your stay not completed due to your late arrival or early departure.

6/ No showing on the campsite

In case of no-show at the campsite within 48 hours from the start of your stay

and without proof and/or news of your arrival, we will have your reception area or your

rental accommodation. We then retain the costs in accordance with our cancellation conditions.

7/ Cancellation

Due to the buyer:

Any cancellation must be notified by mail, which will take effect from the date of receipt of the

mail. This letter must be addressed:

To cancel rental accommodation:

8/ Security deposit

For rental accommodation, a security deposit of €300 is required upon your arrival which you

9/ Insurance

Campers benefit during their stay from the civil liability guarantee of Quillan Town Hall

10/ Minors

Minors unaccompanied by their parents are not accepted on campsites (bare pitches and

11/ Animals

Dogs and cats, except 1st and 2nd category dogs, are allowed on the campsite except

in chalets, only one animal per pitch. We recommend that you have this confirmed when

of your reservation. Only one animal per registration can be accommodated. We require, for dogs, that they

are kept on a leash within the grounds. Be sure to respect the hygiene and environment of the site

12/ Holiday vouchers or employer subsidy

The municipality does not have any ministerial approval usually issued to associations. (It does not present

be accepted as a method of payment. Please seek advice from your Allocations Fund

13/ Complaints

Any possible complaint following a stay on one of our campsites must be made in writing,

GROUP BOOKING

Groups are considered from a minimum of 10 reserved spaces. A reduction can be

awarded if the following conditions are met:

–10% reduction will be applied with a minimum of 10 spaces reserved up to 19 inclusive. There
