Liked: Camping wordt gerund door twee hele vriendelijke mensen. Er zijn huisjes, safaritenten en campingplaatsen. Wij kwamen met een vouwwagen. Er is veel beschutting door bomen. Camping wordt mooi onderhouden. Er is 1 keer per week een bandje en 1x per week is gezamenlijk eten aan een lange tafel wat een goede gelegenheid voor de kinderen is om elkaar te leren kennen. Zwembad is goed en mooi schoon. Glijbaan en bubbelbad. Wij raden deze camping aan vooral vanwege de twee campinghouders die alles doen om jouw vakantie tot een succes te maken.
Could be better: Soms is de douche koud. Even van te voren controleren voordat je gaat douchen. In het zwembad moet je een ballenknijper aan vanwege de hygiëne:))

Liked: Camping calme, rappelant beaucoup ceux de notre jeunesse, accueil sympa, bonne installation dans le chalet, bonne entente avec d'autres occupants et notamment avec les amis étrangers, piscine très appréciée. Camping très bien tenu. Ayant des attaches à Villeréal, nous reviendrons. Il y a de belles visites à faire, et pas trop loin. Très bons moments de convivialité (musique, repas avec les amis). Que le camping garde ce côté simple, familial et sympa, si important aujourd'hui, et nous reviendrons..
Could be better: Je pense qu'il n'est probablement pas possible de mettre un peu de fraicheur dans le bungalow en cas de forte chaleur. (voir ci-dessous)

About this campsite
The special character of Fontaine du Roc is to be found in a beautiful site of three hectares, with panoramic views of the nearby imposing Château Biron, each pitch of 120 m2 has electricity, some are in the sun and others in the shade to suite you needs.
You have a large swimming pool, children’s pool, whirlpool, library, boules court (a regional game simillar to Bowls), bar, snack, terrace with table football and table tennis, children’s play area and small shop with daily deliveries (also off-peak season) of fresh bread and milk.
Our campside blends beautifully with the natural surroundings so that you and your family can have a lovely holiday, we also speak English.

About the area
Special convenient for your holidays, Fontaine du Roc is ideally situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty, on the border between two departments, the Dordogne and the Lot et Garonne.
You can choose between visiting the very popular tourist area of the Dordogne or finding the undiscovered delights of the Lot et Garonne, where there are :
- Traditional markets in beautiful historic towns ( Bastides) typical to the area, towns like Monpazier, Monflanquin or Eymet, etc
- Famous vineyard circuits: Bergerac, Duras, Cahors and Monbazillac amongst others,
- There are circuits to visit the historic castles that the region abounds with, Chateau Biron is just three kilometres from Fontaine du Roc with the castles of Gavaudun, Bonaguil, Beynac, Castelnaud, les Milandes (castle of Josephine Baker) and many more within easy driving distance.
Further away there are :
- Famous and interesting places such as Sarlat, Rocamadour…
- The wine and tobacco museum in Bergerac,
- The world renown caves of Lascaux and Padirac,
- Many other tourist attractions too numerous to mention.
And finally do not forget the famous and delicious culinary products that you can find in the Perigord :

- The marvellous and tasty prunes d’Agen,

Booking conditions
TERMS OF SALES
CAMPSITE PITCHES
RESERVATION / DEPOSIT-BALANCE PAYMENT
The administration/reservation fee is €15.
Reserving a pitch requires a deposit of 50% of the amount of the stay which will be deducted from your final invoice. This deposit must be paid within 10 days to validate the reservation.
Payment of the balance of the pitch reservation is made 1 month before your arrival. Any reservation less than one month from your arrival requires immediate and full payment of the stay, within 7 days maximum.
The reservation is only effective after written agreement from the campsite (by validation of the reservation). All reservations are nominative and cannot be transferred.
Stay charges must be paid at reception the day before your departure.
OPTION
You have the possibility to choose a specific location, for example number 10 (guaranteed location choice when booking). This option costs €25 or €40 depending on the period of stay (consult prices).
A cancellation insurance option is possible. The conditions are set out below.
Other options are available to you during the online reservation process.
SEASON LOCATION
To reserve a pitch for the season (April 1 – October 15), you must pay 50% deposit when booking, the balance of 50% must be paid 4 weeks before your arrival.
LOCATION AVAILABILITY
The reserved pitch is available on the day of arrival from 12:00 p.m. and must be vacated before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
ACCOMMODATION RENTALS
RESERVATION / DEPOSIT-BALANCE PAYMENT
No accommodation reservation is possible by telephone, email, post, etc. Only online reservations are accepted.
Reserving accommodation requires a deposit of 50% of the amount of the stay which will be deducted from your final invoice. This deposit must be paid within 10 days to validate the reservation.

BAIL

- Inventory not meeting the expected conditions

Additional compensation may be charged when the amount of damage is greater than the amount of the deposit.
OPTION
You have the possibility to choose specific accommodation, for example mobile home No. 3 (guaranteed location choice option when booking). This option costs €40 (consult prices).
A cancellation insurance option is possible. The conditions are set out below.

ACCOMMODATION AVAILABILITY
The booked accommodation is available on the day of arrival from 4:00 p.m. and must be vacated before 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
CANCELLATION INSURANCE OPTION
When booking through our Secureholiday website/reservation platform, you have the option of taking out a cancellation insurance option offered by the Gritchen company.
The cancellation insurance option must be paid at the same time as the first deposit when booking.
OTHER CONDITIONS
Dogs (category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed) and cats are allowed provided they are clean and kept on a leash at all times. Their droppings must be removed by their owner. Their acceptance is subject to a fee. Valid rabies vaccination and tattoo certificates will be requested upon arrival.
All campers must be insured, the campsite accepts no liability in the event of theft, fire or other disaster.
VAT: The price of the reservation is that decided on the day the quote is established, taking into account the VAT in force; any change in legal rate will be reflected in the price to pay.
In the event of a dispute and after contacting the professional's customer service, any customer has the possibility of contacting a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by LRAC, to this professional.
