Non refundable deposit 10 euros. Balance payment due 7 days before arrival. Credit notes given at discretion of the campsite. We are a relatively small campsite and want to keep it as somewhere people can come and enjoy the beautiful surroundings in a relaxing atmosphere. We have tried to keep the campsite environment as true to nature as possible but as such there are inevitably some natural features where campers should take extra care including around the streams and lake. Campers should familiarise themselves with the site during daylight hours so that they know where the streams, steps, paths, woodland, boundaries and fencing are located. Please familiarise yourself with the location of the fire extinguishers. A map of the campsite will have been provided for you, but there is also a plan of the site on the notice board and in the toilet block. Parents must supervise their children at all times whilst on the site. We accept bookings from the following: families, couples, groups aged 18 and over (by prior arrangement), groups 16 – 18 accompanied by an adult, We do not accept bookings from stag/hen parties or unaccompanied under 16s. Our quiet time is from 10:30pm until 7:00am. Please always be considerate to other campers as we are a family campsite. Please observe the campsite speed limit, which is 10 kmh throughout the site. We do not allow commercial vehicles, including vans on site. (campervans allowed). Please note we only have a very limited number of additional spaces for extra cars (1 car is allowed per pitch). Please let us know if you would like to bring an extra car before arriving on site so we can make sure we have capacity for this. Extra cars are charged at €5 per night. Obedient dogs are welcome. Dogs must be always kept on a lead and must not be left unattended. Please clean up immediately after your dog. Open fires are not allowed, BBQ's are allowed if raised off the ground. During periods of extreme hot & dry weather BBQs are not allowed. Waste should be disposed of in the appropriate bins. Please separate, Plastics/Paper & glass in the correct recycling bins. We do not accept responsibility for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party, vehicle or possessions.
Any accidents must be reported to reception as soon as is practically possible. Campers agree not to cause any damage during their stay. All damage must be paid for immediately. These rules are for the benefit of everyone and to ensure you have an amazing stay with us. Unfortunately, if you ignore them, you may be asked to leave, and no refunds will be given.
Standard cancellation policy Bookings can be amended, moved or cancelled until your day of arrival. We reserve the right to cancel bookings for reasons deemed necessary by the management. As campsite owners we need to record personal information for all our campers. We have a responsibility to comply with the obligations placed on Data Processors by the regulation. This is our personal commitment to data privacy. This is a responsibility we take very seriously. We believe: • User privacy and data protection are human rights • We have a duty of care to the clients' whose data we hold • Data is a liability, it should only be collected and processed when absolutely necessary • We will never sell, rent or otherwise distribute or make public your personal information We may collect the following information: • Name, address and postcode • Contact information including email address
• Credit/debit card details (not stored or retained) • Other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers We require this information to process your booking and provide you with good customer service, and in particular for the following reasons: • Internal record keeping. • We may use the information to improve our services. • We may periodically send promotional emails about special offers or other information that may be of interest using the email address that you have provided.
