CAMPSITES AND RENTAL ACCOMMODATIONS

PREAMBLE

The reception is open in high season from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 19h(4 p.m. to 6 p.m. in low season).

This reservation contract is nominative, strictly personal and non-transferable. You must provide proof of your Civil Liability insurance coverage at any time during your stay. The tenant accepts the location as is (trees, plantations, etc.)

ARTICLE 1 - SCOPE OF APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

These general conditions automatically govern all sales of stays made on the sitewww.campinglamaiade.fr, or directly by telephone from the campsite. They form an integral part of any contract concluded between the campsite and its customers. Each customer acknowledges having read these general conditions prior to any reservation of a stay, for himself and any person participating in the stay.

In accordance with the law in force, these general conditions are made available to any customer for information purposes prior to the conclusion of any contract for the sale of stays. They can also be obtained upon simple written request addressed to the establishment's head office.

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION

2.1 Price and payment

The price of stays is indicated in euros, including VAT and tourist tax. All payments must be made to the order of LA MAÏADE campsite», either by credit card, by bank transfer, by Chèques Vacances Connect, or through our website www.campinglamaiade.fr.

The customer agrees to pay the balance of the stay no later than 30 days before the arrival date.

Late payment will lead cancellation of the reservation.

The balance of the stay (animal or other supplement to the stay) must be paid on the day of arrival, and for the period reserved. Any stay started is due in full according to the dates indicated on this contract. No refund will be made in the event of late arrival or early departure.

Any other supplement related to the stay will of course be paid before departure.

2.2 Application of dynamic pricing:

The USHUAIA VILLAGES LA MAÏADE*** campsite applies dynamic pricing (price adjustment based on changes in demand).

As a result, prices are likely to increase or decrease. Thus, it is possible that for the same stay, Customers may have paid different prices. Customers who paid the highest price will not be able to benefit from a refund of the difference between the price applicable to them and the promotional price or the lower price that another customer was able to benefit from under dynamic pricing.

2.3 Booking fees:

A deposit of 30% of the amount of the stay is due upon reservation, which will be deducted from the balance of the stay. For a reservation less than 30 days before the stay, the full payment is required. The reservation fee is 20 euros for rentals and 15 euros for pitches.

2.4 Terms and conditions

For reservations Camping pitch: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the booking fees. Each rental of a plot, or night, begins from 14h the arrival day in high season (4 p.m. in low season) and ends before 11hthe day of departure. Days are counted per night spent. In case of late departure, an additional day will be charged since any night started is due.

The pitch must be vacated and returned to its original condition at the end of the stay. Each plot cannot accommodate more than 6 people, beyond that, an additional pitch will have to be charged. The preferences expressed when booking will be satisfied subject to availability, without engaging the responsibility of the campsite.

For reservations Rental accommodation: All rentals are nominative and cannot be transferred. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receipt of the total amount of the stay and the booking fees. that accommodation rental, or night, begins from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival and ends before 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

The exit inventory must be scheduled in advance with the agreement of management according to staff availability. People who wish to leave the day before must imperatively vacate the premises before 7 p.m.

The rental accommodations are fully equipped, but personal linens must be brought (excluding linen rental service) reserved and the tidying up and cleaning remain your responsibility.

A deposit of 300 Euros will be paid before the stay and returned within 48 hours, after deduction of the cost of any missing equipment and repair costs. It also guarantees the impeccable cleanliness of the premises, since in the event of unclean accommodation, a flat rate of 115 Euros will be retained. No rental will be given without the tenant having provided or rented the sheets.

A supplement will be charged for any tents or gazebos on the plot or on the rental terrace.

All reservations include parking for one vehicle per plot or accommodation. Parking for a second vehicle must be subject to prior agreement from Management from the USHUAIA VILLAGES LA MAÏADE*** Campsite with additional invoicing where applicable.

2.5 Early departure / Late arrival:

After a period limited to 48 hours from the date scheduled for the reservation, and in the absence of prior written information from the customer, the establishment reserves the right to dispose of the property promised for rental and to note that the contract has been cancelled has the customer's initiative. 2.6 Extension of stay

2.9 Balance of stays:

2.11 Pets:

Dogs are accepted, if they have an up-to-date vaccination record and within the limit of one animal per plot, excluding dogs of the 1st and 2nd categories. For safety reasons, they must be kept on a leash inside the campsite or kept on the plot and any droppings must be picked up and removed.

ARTICLE 3: INTERNAL RULES:

These general conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application shall be brought before the Judicial Courts or the Commercial Court of Landes, which shall have territorial jurisdiction.
