Camping and reservation conditions
Les Roussilles campsite
Booking and confirmation.
You can make a reservation via the reserve button in the menu. We will do our best to
respond to this as soon as possible.
A reservation is only final after payment of 30% of the total amount. If you book via the
reservation form on our website, we do not charge any administration or reservation fees.
We reserve the right to reject a reservation without giving reasons.
Deposit and payment method
Within 8 days* of receiving the booking confirmation, make a deposit of 30% of the rental
price into the French bank account of Camping Les Roussilles
IBAN :FR76 1871 5001 0108 0016 7196 133 please mention your reservation number
For camping pitches: the rest of the amount must be paid on arrival. No refunds will be
made in case of early departure. You can also transfer the remaining amount to our bank
account in good time.
For rental accommodation, the remaining 70% will be paid upon arrival, in cash or by pin.
* Depending on the time of booking in relation to the time of actual stay, this 8-day period
may be deviated from.
Cancellation
Rental accommodation: If you cancel more than 8 weeks before the planned date of arrival,
you will receive a full refund of the deposit less a 20-euro cancellation fee. If you cancel less
than 8 weeks before the planned arrival date, the deposit will not be refunded. In case of
cancellation less than 4 weeks before the planned arrival, the entire rental fee is due.
Pitches: if cancelled up to 4 weeks before arrival date, the full deposit will be refunded, minus
a 20 euro cancellation fee. For cancellations within 4 weeks of the planned arrival date, the
deposit will not be refunded.
Please remember to take out your own cancellation insurance.
Security deposit
If you rent a rental accommodation from us, we will ask you for a deposit of €150 per chalet
or mobile home on arrival. The deposit will be refunded on departure, provided the rental
accommodation is left tidy, no inventory is missing and no damage has been done to the
accommodation or inventory.
A fee of €25 is charged per rental period.
Arrival/departure
On the day of arrival, the pitch is available from 15:00. On the day of departure, the pitch must
be vacated (and cleared) by 12:00.
On the day of arrival, the chalet or mobile home is available from 15:00 at the latest. On the
day of departure, the chalet or mobile home must be left clean and tidy by 11:00 at the latest.
Dogs
Dogs are allowed at Les Roussilles campsite on a leash.
Swimming pool
The swimming pool is available to campsite guests (free of charge) during opening hours.
However, its use is entirely at your own risk. Children must never enter the pool area without
parental supervision. Les Roussilles campsite expressly does not provide lifeguard supervision
and accepts no responsibility for the use of the pool.
Damage
For damage caused to buildings and facilities on the campsite, the perpetrator or his legal
representative will be held liable. Any replacement or repair costs will always be recovered.
It is forbidden at Les Roussilles campsite to connect or charge an electric car via the power
boxes on the campsite pitches.
Liability
Camping Les Roussilles accepts no liability for damage or injury to campers or guests in
relation to camping at the campsite and the use of the campsite's facilities, buildings and
fixtures. This applies in particular to the use of the swimming pool. Parents are responsible
for their children's behaviour at all times.
Always follow staff instructions.
In case of misbehaviour, you may be refused entry to the campsite.
