Friendly quiet site and good location for exploring the area
Liked: A quiet site with welcoming and helpful hosts. Nice pool and bar and clean modern amenities. Lovely bike routes nearby

Liked: Everything was clean and well maintained, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the site was well positioned away from roads, quiet, with lots of birdsong yet near to the village with its very useful variety of shops.

Family holiday with multiple generations
Liked: The staff were very friendly, the restaurant served good food and drinks which were very reasonably priced. The swimming pool was large and clean. They had a games area and the shared facilities were always clean and tidy.

Liked: We had a nice week at the campsite. It's close to the village so you can do lots of activities. Bar and restaurant were busy and good. Nice pool.

Excellent campsite
Liked: We had a great two week stay at Mondou. The proprietors and team are super friendly and helpful. The facilities are very good. We enjoyed the several organised campsite events as well as meals/drinks in the bar. Location is great for exploring the dordogne and a 5 min drive from an excellent river swimming spot. We will definitely stay again.

From the A20, junction 53 or 55, in Souillac take the road to Sarlat. In Rouffillac cross the pont, in the village turn left and after 100m turn right.
One of the nicest regions, the Dordogne, but also the Lot, with many little towns and villages like Sarlat, Rocamadour, Domme, Gourdon, but also gardens, castels and caves.

Article 1 - Scope of terms and conditions of sale
These terms and conditions govern as of right all sales of stays made on the site www.camping-dordogne.info. They are an integral part of any contract between the campsite and its customers.
Each guest acknowledges that he has read these terms and conditions prior to any booking of a stay, for himself and anyone participating in the stay.
In accordance with current law, these terms and conditions are made available to any customer for information prior to the conclusion of any contract to sell stays. They can also be obtained by simple written request to the school's headquarters.
Article 2 - Booking Terms 2.1 Price and Payment
The price of stays is shown in euros, including VAT. The customer's attention is drawn to the fact that the residence tax is not included in the price and that application fees are included.
For camping location reservations: All rentals are registered and cannot be sold. The rental only becomes effective with our agreement and after receiving the total amount of the stay and booking fees.

Down payment: a down payment of 30% of the total amount of the stay will be requested at the booking.
For unreported delays, the rental/location becomes available 4 hours after the arrival date mentioned on the booking contract. After this time, and in the absence of a written message, the booking will be void and the deposit will remain acquired at the campsite management.
2.2 Booking change
No reduction will be made in case of delayed arrival or early departure.
2.3 Cancellation
Any booking that has not been sold in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale will be cancelled. For any cancellation that has come more than 2 months before the start date of the stay, the deposit will be returned. Between 2 months and 2 weeks, the sums paid will be acquired. Less than 15 days before the arrival date, the total amount will be requested.
2.4 Retraction
The legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal in the event of a remote sale under the Consumer Code are not applicable to tourist services (Article L.121-20-4 of the Consumer Code).
Thus, for any order of a stay with the campsite, the customer does not have any right of withdrawal.
Article 3 - How the stay unfolded 3.1 Arrivals and Departures
Rentals and camping: arrivals start at 3pm, departures are made before 10am, any day of the week.
3.2 Caution
A deposit of 150 euros per accommodation will be requested on the day of your arrival. It will be refunded on the day of your departure, during the opening hours of the cash register, after a review of the premises. Billing for any damage will be added to the cost of the stay as well as cleaning if you do not leave the accommodation in a state of perfect cleanliness. If you cannot be present during the state of play, the deposit will be returned to you by mail.
A deposit of 150 euros for one accomodation wil be requested the day of your arrival for the cleaning . it will be return at you departure if the accomadation is clean. if you leave before the opening of the reception , the deposit will be return after your départure after the inventory.
3.3 Departure
Any key return or release of the location after10a.m. results in the billing of an additional night. Any extension of stay must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure date.
3.4 Animals
Animals are not allowed inside rentals. They are accepted on a bare site under certain conditions: - up-to-date vaccines (including rabies) - kept on a leash - have their needs done outside the campsite and collect their droppings.
3.5 Internal Rules
As required by law, you must adhere to our internal regulations, filed with the prefecture, posted at our reception and a copy of which will be given to you upon request.
Article 4 - Responsibility
The Camping disclaims any responsibility for any damage to the camper-caravanier's equipment, which would be of its own nature; insurance for your liability equipment is mandatory (FFCC, ANWB, ADAC...).
Article 5 - Applicable law
These terms and conditions are subject to French law and any dispute relating to their application falls within the jurisdiction of the High Court or the PerIGUEUXCommercialCourt.
