- 1 bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)

The bathrooms and kitchen must be cleaned by the occupants. They must be left as clean as they were upon arrival. Cleaning products can be purchased on site or added as an option when booking. A cleaning fee is also available as an option.

It is in a setting of nature and forests that this old stone barn of 200m² welcomes you, tastefully restored a few years ago.

Located between Montignac-Lascaux (10 Min) and Sarlat (20 Min), you will benefit from an ideal geographical location for the many visits, hikes, excursions... that the Périgord Noir offers.

Inside: three double bedrooms and a children's bedroom with two single beds, two bathrooms and a modern kitchen open to the dining room and living room.

Outside: enjoy a private heated swimming pool (25°C from mid-May to mid-September), a pergola for lunch sheltered from the sun or to extend your evenings outside. For young and old: a Ping-Pong table and table football.

Everything will come together for you to have an unforgettable stay!

The cleaning fee is €100 and is mandatory. Payment upon arrival.

These 32m² accommodations, for 5 people, are all identically furnished with a double bedroom and a triple bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a kitchen/living room. Outside, spacious terraces have been built and covered on 9m2 in order to take your meals sheltered from bad weather or the sun, to take your nap lulled by the song of the birds, to relax on your deckchair.

Designed as a real hotel suite, it is equipped with a private bathroom, separate toilet, high-end hotel bed 200 x 160 and a child's bed 160x80, kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, electric kettle and coffee maker.

The south-west facing terrace on stilts is a real living room with dining area, plancha and spa for lovely evenings as a couple or as a threesome.

After a lovely evening in the jacuzzi and a sweet night lulled by the sounds of nature, you would enjoy a short walk around the estate, enjoy the swimming pool and why not go visit the animals?

On the Domaine Périgord Vacances you will find three Lodges, entirely designed in wood both inside and out, as tradition dictates. La Palanca can accommodate 2 to 8 people, it is a comfortable and perfectly equipped lodge cabin. This is connected to another cabin with 2 bedrooms for 4 people.

The Encantada is a cabin on stilts which draws its inspiration from the lodges of the African bush.

It is spacious inside with a fully equipped living room/kitchen, private bathrooms, an adult bedroom with a double bed and a children's bedroom with two beds and a hanging bed. This cabin also has a large terrace where you will be pleasant to rest or have your meals.

Each of the cabins can accommodate a couple or a family (from 2 to 6 people) or 2 couples of friends. Inside: All the comforts combined in this beautiful cozy nest, all made of wood (fir tree felled and cut on the property). A living room, a kitchen, a “children’s” bedroom (140 x 190 bed), an “adults” bedroom (140 x 190 bed) and a bathroom (with WC).

The Terra Negra Cabin is located under our beautiful Périgord Noir oaks. Set back from the other cabins, you will enjoy the calm and areas of appreciable shade during the summer. Popular with families with young children, outside you have the possibility of enjoying a small pergola for your daily meals, a barbecue and a large meadow located right next door.

Always with the idea of offering you atypical and comfortable accommodation, we have designed this cozy little nest to allow couples, friends, etc. to live experiences in the great outdoors while being in all-wood accommodation with large openings. . La Pradela is located on the upper part of the estate, it has a breathtaking view of the property and in particular of the family house. You can enjoy this view from your private spa.

Internally, we have thought of everything so that you can spend long or short stays. A small kitchen is at your disposal, a separate bathroom with WC, shower and small sink and of course in the main room a large bed for 2 people surrounded by fine curtains to make you feel in a real cocoon. The little extra is its private jacuzzi heated upon your arrival.

"La Paquereta" is a new project at Les Cabanes de Jeanne. Staying true to our goal of offering unique yet comfortable accommodation, we designed this cozy little nest to allow couples or friends to experience nature firsthand while staying in an all-wood cabin featuring large windows. The cabin overlooks the forest with no overlooking neighbors, ensuring total privacy and the feeling of being alone in the world.

Inside, we have thought of everything to ensure a comfortable stay, whether short or long. A small kitchen is at your disposal, along with a separate bathroom featuring a toilet, shower, and small sink. Naturally, the main room includes a large double bed surrounded by sheer curtains, creating a true cocoon-like atmosphere.
