Le Mas d'Ayen

We offer spacious camping pitches, ideal for tents, small campervans, and caravans (max. 6m including the drawbar). Please note, due to the soft ground, larger campers and caravans aren’t suitable for our site.

Each pitch is equipped with power connections, and water is available at specific water points throughout the site. Plus, enjoy free WiFi in the courtyard to stay connected if needed.

We welcome up to two friendly dogs per pitch, just be sure to keep them on a leash to ensure everyone has a peaceful stay.

The Stone Studio is a newly renovated, studio-style gîte designed as a cozy retreat for 2 people. 
This open-concept space features high ceilings that create an airy feel while maintaining a warm and intimate atmosphere.

At the heart of the gîte is a beautiful fireplace, surrounded by a comfortable couch—the perfect spot for relaxing after a day of exploring the local sights or hiking the neighboring trails. The space seamlessly integrates a comfortable double bed and a kitchenette fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils.

For outdoor dining and cooking, guests are invited to use the communal grilling area. It is a wonderful place to enjoy a meal at the picnic tables under the shade of our large walnut tree.

Le Mas No. 14 – A Charming Countryside Retreat

Welcome to Le Mas No. 14, a beautifully restored French “maison de campagne”. Nestled in the tranquil heart of Le Mas d’Ayen, this gîte offers a peaceful escape for those looking to reconnect with nature and enjoy the quiet rhythms of the Corrèze.

The Living Space
The ground floor is designed for relaxation and gathering:

The Living Room: A warm, inviting space featuring exposed stone walls (look closely for ancient fossils!) and a stunning limestone fireplace with a wood stove. There is also a comfortable 3-seater sofa (which converts into a 140 cm bed for up to two guests)
The Kitchen: Fully equipped for long lunches and slow dinners, featuring a gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, and a large fridge/freezer.
Convenience: A separate toilet and laundry area with a washing machine are located on the ground floor.
The Bedrooms & Bath
A wooden staircase leads to two bright, spacious bedrooms:

Master Bedroom: A 160x200 cm double bed with courtyard views.
Second Bedroom: Two single beds and views of the surrounding landscape.
Bathroom: A large, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
Outdoor Living
True to our philosophy of life in the open air, the back door opens to a small terrace with steps leading down to your private garden. Equipped with a dining table and chairs, it is the perfect spot for al fresco meals and enjoying the fresh countryside air.

Le Mas No. 16 – A Cozy, Accessible Cottage with a Private Garden

Once a rustic outbuilding, Le Mas No. 16 has been lovingly transformed into a bright and inviting countryside cottage. This gîte perfectly blends modern ease with traditional charm. It is thoughtfully designed to be wheelchair accessible on the ground floor, ensuring a comfortable stay for everyone.

Ground Floor: Open-Plan Living
The heart of the home is a spacious, open-plan area with underfloor heating to keep you cosy year-round:

Living & Dining: A welcoming space with a comfortable 3-seater sofa (which converts into a 140 cm bed for up to two guests), armchairs, and a dining table for six.
The Kitchen: A modern, fully equipped kitchen featuring a gas hob, spacious fridge, microwave, and all the essentials for preparing local market finds.
Accessible Bathroom: A large, fully adapted washroom featuring a walk-in shower with grab bars, sink, and toilet designed for wheelchair users.
Upstairs: Restful Retreats
A beautiful oak staircase leads to two peaceful bedrooms with views of the estate:

Master Bedroom: A quiet retreat with a 160x200 cm double bed and a charming dormer window.
Second Bedroom: Two single beds (90x200 cm), ideal for family or friends.
Climate: Both bedrooms are equipped with central heating for a comfortable stay in any season.

At the back of the cottage, your private garden and wooden terrace await. It is the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink while taking in the fresh air of the Corrèze.

Our spacious Bell Tent offers the perfect blend of outdoor living and comfort. It is ideal for families or friends (up to 4 people) and is available from June 1st to August 31st.
