Camping Seasonova Ile de Ré

Liked: Really friendly staff, great location and good clean facilities

Liked: As before a great location, beaches and village near by but not on top of you. We loved our own personal loo shower kitchen.

Could be better: The rubbish bin pin was always very messy and smelly, based right at the entry barrier.

Liked: The atmosphere is very relaxed and the crew is very friendly. Everyday they do their best to keep the washrooms clean and I never had to stand in line for toilets nor showers.

Could be better: Besides the fact that there are enough toilets and showers I am of the opinion that these buildings are past their ‘end of life’ cycle and the installation could use a 21st century renovation. This goes for the main road on the campground also. The main entrance doesn’t look that attractive either, it fits the state of campground do.

Liked: Stayed for 3 nights, lovely peaceful site. Great cycle paths very close to the site and a conveniently located shop nearby. Would stay again

Could be better: The shower facilities need updating. The water was barely warm. For the number of people on the site, there wasn't enough showers and toilets.

Liked: Great campsite, nice and peaceful and well located to enjoy the far end of the island. Staff very helpful. We loved the place.

Could be better: Ordering food was poor, the timings were way out and the quality was not the best. Stick to other local options.

Liked: Facilities - amazing. Location. - amazing Felt settled and peaceful.

Could be better: Bigger pool for more fun

Liked: The site is clean and tidy, with a mix of sun and shade on the sites. It is an easy walk to the Plage de la Redoubt or into the vibrant village of Portes en Re. Lots of easy cycling with well marked trails. Small bar on site doing great pizzas, wine is reasonably priced and beer is local. Staff are great, easy going and happy to listen to schoolboy French ( merci a vous)

Could be better: There is a small, well maintained pool, but no supervision of children ( and adults) jumping in and splashing smaller children. Bring your speedos, chaps, swimming shorts are forbidden

Liked: We enjoyed the location and loved the individual facilities and the pool

Could be better: Site need tidying up and the van servicing facilities had no fresh water

Liked: Perfect location for gorgeous beach (just 3 mins walk) and the site itself is pretty. We hired bikes to cycle around the island which is well worth doing (€14/day). Lots to see and do. We liked it that much that we booked an extra night.

Could be better: As mentioned in other reviews, the toilet and shower facilities are in need of updating - no soap or hand driers in the loo block.
