Camping Le Sorlut

1. RESERVATION
A 30% deposit will be required at the time of booking. Upon receipt of the deposit, you will receive a confirmation email containing practical information about your stay. The balance is then payable on the day of your arrival at the campsite.
Please note: your reservation option may be canceled in the event of late payment for your stay, as the option period is set at 8 days.

2. ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
Check made payable to SARL Pause Verte (French accounts only).
Credit card, paper Chèques Vacances or Chèques Vacances connect, cash, bank transfer, online payment on our secure website.

3. CAPACITY
The number of people per pitch is limited to a maximum of 6. This number cannot be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons. Only persons registered and mentioned on the contract are authorized to stay.
Renting a pitch implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale by the contracting parties.

The number of people mentioned per accommodation in our rates corresponds to the maximum occupancy allowed given the available facilities. It cannot be exceeded

The rental of a pitch or furnished tourist accommodation, chalet, mobile home, or canvas and wood tent implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale
by the contracting parties.

4. VISITORS
Visitors have access to the campsite with the management's permission. They are your responsibility while they are on the premises. They must pay €2 per person per day, which allows them to use the campsite facilities.
They are required to park their vehicles outside the campsite.

5. RENTALS
Pitch rental:
We provide you with a bare pitch, which can accommodate up to 6 people, where you can set up your tent, caravan, motorhome, or converted vehicle. For safety reasons, twin-axle caravans are not permitted.
It is forbidden to connect any installation directly to the campsite's water network.
Specific drainage systems are provided for wastewater; it is prohibited to pour wastewater onto the ground.

Pitch price: This is a price per night for 2 people, one installation and one vehicle. Pitches are available from 12 noon on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure. Any overstay will be charged as an additional day. This package includes free access to sanitary facilities, reception services, playgrounds, and entertainment (in July and August). Supplements: Additional persons (adults or children) or items on the site (electricity, pets, etc.) are subject to a daily charge. Additional vehicles are not accepted in July and August.
Please note: pitches are allocated as far as possible without distinction in the order in which reservations are made. The management reserves the right to change the allocation of pitches on arrival.

Accommodation rental:
Definition of rental seasons: Please refer to the price lists.
Rental periods and duration: Rentals are available for a week or per night except in July and August. In July and August, accommodation is rented on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday, subject to availability. However, the management may offer other options where possible and depending on bookings.
The rental price includes: accommodation rental, utilities, access to reception services, the playground, and entertainment (in July and August).
The monthly rental price does not include utilities (electricity and water). Monthly rentals are not accepted in July and August.
Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 9 p.m. and check-out is between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Any late arrivals or early departures will be charged for an additional day.
Transfer, subletting: All rentals are nominative and may not be transferred or sublet under any circumstances.
Security deposit: Upon arrival, tenants must provide a deposit of €250 and a security deposit of €50: i.e. €300 by credit card (not debited). These will be returned in full on the day of departure after a satisfactory inspection and inventory.
If this is not the case, the following will be deducted from the deposit:

– The value of missing items.
– A flat fee of €50 for inadequately cleaned facilities.
– The cost of repairs in the event of damage caused by the occupant.
– Damage exceeding the amount paid as a security deposit will be charged to the customer after deduction from the security deposit.

8. LATE ARRIVALS/EARLY DEPARTURES
In the absence of a written message from the camper stating that they have had to postpone their arrival date, the pitch or accommodation will become available 12 hours after the arrival date specified in the rental contract, and full payment for the services will still be required.
No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure.

9. PROMOTIONS – LAST-MINUTE SALES
On these occasions, it is possible that customers may have paid different prices for the same stay. Customers who have paid the highest price will not be entitled to a refund representing the difference between the price they paid and the promotional price. Discounts cannot be combined with promotions under any circumstances.

10. CANCELLATIONS
Booking a stay without the cancellation option: If you cancel your stay (regardless of the date), no refund will be made.
Booking a stay with the cancellation option: If you cancel up to 7 days before your arrival (for any reason), your deposit will be refunded (excluding administrative fees). No refund will be made within 7 days of your arrival.

11. PETS
Pets are allowed in our chalets and on our pitches under your full responsibility and must be kept on a leash. They are not allowed in rental tents. Their vaccination records must be kept up to date. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed.

12. COMPLAINTS
All complaints relating to the conditions of your stay must be made in writing on site to the campsite management so that they can find a favorable solution. In the absence of an agreement and in accordance with Article L.152-1 of the Consumer Code, you can use the services of CM2C, which we report to: 14 Rue Saint Jean, 75017 PARIS

13. INTERNAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
All campers are required to comply with the campsite's internal rules and regulations, failing which they may be subject to penalties ranging from a warning to immediate expulsion, depending on the seriousness of the offense. These rules and regulations are displayed at the campsite entrance and reception.

14. GDPR
The personal information collected is intended for internal use by Le Sorlut campsite. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, and in compliance with the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose, transfer and be forgotten with regard to the personal information collected about you.
